Western Union recherche un Manager de Succursale passionné par le service client et le développement des équipes. En tant qu’acteur clé dans le domaine des services financiers mondiaux, votre mission sera de superviser les opérations de nos agences à Panamá, en veillant à leur conformité avec les normes et procédures de l’entreprise.

Responsabilités du Rôle

Le poste de Manager implique plusieurs responsabilités essentielles :

• Gestion et supervision des opérations des agences de l’entreprise à Panamá.
• Assurer le respect des politiques internes tout en stimulant les transactions de vente au sein du magasin, conformément aux objectifs de bénéfice brut.
• Établir un cadre d’intégrité opérationnelle et de contrôle pour optimiser la gestion des espèces et garantir la conformité légale.
• Atteindre les objectifs commerciaux, y compris le résultat financier (P&L).
• Responsabilité des projets d’expansion, y compris le recrutement et la gestion de nouveaux employés.

Exigences du Poste

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, il est attendu que le candidat possède :

• Un diplôme en administration des affaires, en ingénierie industrielle ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Entre 7 à 10 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire, de préférence dans un environnement multinational.
• Une capacité d’analyse et une approche orientée vers l’amélioration des processus, alliée à d’excellentes compétences interpersonnelles.
• Une maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office, notamment Excel, PowerPoint et Power Bi.
• Un niveau d’anglais avancé.
• Un bon rapport de crédit (APC) est requis.
• Disponibilité pour des déplacements réguliers et possession d’un permis de conduire valide.
• Flexibilité horaire, y compris la disponibilité le week-end en cas d’urgence.

Join Western Union as a Manager, Branch.Western Union powers your pursuit.In this role, you will supervise and control that the operations of the Own Agencies in Panamá are carried out in accordance with the Western Union International Money Transfer Services Manual. As well as complying and enforce compliance with the Standards, Procedures and Policies established by the Company.Role Responsibilities

• To manage, supervise and control the operation of our own agencies in Panama.
• Ensure the store adheres to company policies, while increasing same store sales transactions exceeding transaction quota gross profit margin expectations.
• Works to create and maintain appropriate levels of focus, operational integrity and control strategies for the business, ensuring acceptable cash handling procedures, audit results and adherence to legal, corporate and regulatory procedures.
• Meet business goals (P&L results). You’re responsible for the achievement of transactional and revenue goals.
• You’re in charge of expansion projects (own stores). You’ll implement the project and hire new employees.

Role Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering or a related field will be preferred.
• 7-10 years of experience working in a similar function and in a multinational environment.
• Process improvement and analytic mindset, with exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.
• Proficiency using the Microsoft Office Package tools, such as Excel, PowerPoint and Power Bi.
• Advance English level is required.
• Good credit report (APC) is a must.
• This position will require regular travel within provinces, so a valid driver’s license and owning a car are required.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm and flexibility to attend Saturdays and/or Sundays for emergencies.
