Titre du poste : Manager Business Finance
Le Manager Business Finance aura pour mission de fournir des rapports financiers de haute qualité et des analyses stratégiques afin de soutenir les décisions commerciales de SITA. Ce rôle exige une compréhension approfondie de la gestion financière, ainsi que des compétences analytiques et collaborationnelles substantielles.
Les Responsabilités Clés
Finances et Support :
Le titulaire du poste produira et contrôlera les résultats financiers mensuels, trimestriels et annuels pour les équipes concernées.
Analyse Financière :
Une analyse détaillée des résultats de clôture sera réalisée, avec un soutien financier pour divers projets et une participation aux revues mensuelles avec les propriétaires de P&L.
Budget et Prévisions :
La gestion des processus de Budgétisation et de Prévision sera essentielle, incluant des analyses qui soutiennent la planification stratégique.
Conformité et Contrôles Internes :
Le respect des régulations financières et la mise en place de contrôles internes robustes seront cruciales pour protéger les actifs de l’entreprise.
Partenariat Commercial :
Collaboration avec les responsables de départements pour fournir des éclairages financiers et appuyer les processus décisionnels.
Gestion des Coûts :
Surveillance des coûts pour garantir une utilisation efficace des ressources et identifier des opportunités d’économies.
Qualifications Requises
- Formation: Diplôme de Bachelor en Finance, Comptabilité ou domaine connexe.
- Expérience: Minimum de 5 ans en Business Finance et/ou FP&A, de préférence dans une grande organisation internationale.
- Compétences Financière: Expertise en reporting financier, budgétisation et prévision.
- Collaboration Interdépartementale: Capacité démontrée à travailler efficacement avec divers équipes.
- Compétences Techniques: Maîtrise des systèmes financiers et des outils avancés de Microsoft Office.
- Pensée Stratégique: Capacité à transformer les données financières en perspectives opérationnelles.
- Compétences Communicationnelles: Maîtrise de l’anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

The adventure begins right here, with you, at SITA.ABOUT THE ROLE & TEAM:We are seeking a Manager Business Finance, who will be responsible for delivering high-quality financial reporting, analysis and providing strategic insights to support business decisions of defined organization. This role requires a strong understanding of financial management, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments.WHAT YOU WILL DO:· Financial Support: provide support to the relevant business team by producing and controlling the period (Monthly, Quarterly & Yearly) End results· Financial Analysis: Performing necessary analysis of reporting closing results, providing financial controlling and support for projects & participating in monthly reviews with P&L or cost owners· Budgeting and Forecasting: Managing the budgeting and forecasting processes, providing detailed analysis and insights to support strategic planning· Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, accounting standards, and company policies.· Internal Controls: Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.· Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and senior management to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.· Cost Management: Monitor and control costs, ensuring efficient use of resources and identifying areas for cost savings.
QualificationsABOUT YOUR SKILLS:· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.· Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Finance and/or FP&A, preferably in a large international organization with a matrix structure.· Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.· Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally across various teams and departments.· Proficiency in financial systems and advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).· Strategic thinker with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.· Demonstrated ability to take ownership and work independently, while also contributing effectively to a team.· Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English is required.· Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.WHAT WE OFFERWe’re all about diversity.
