Le Ministry of Health de Singapour recherche un Manager (Communications) chargé de la gestion des communications publiques sur diverses problématiques relatives à la santé. Objectifs de la fonction
Principales responsabilités :
Le candidat retenu devra :
- Conseiller les divisions concernées sur les stratégies de communication publique.
- Développer, exécuter et gérer des initiatives visant à promouvoir la compréhension et l’appréciation du système de santé de Singapour.
- Planifier et gérer la couverture médiatique des événements liés au MOH et faciliter les demandes des médias lors de ces événements.

Formation et expérience :
- Diplôme tertiaire dans un domaine pertinent.
- Au moins trois années d’expérience dans les communications ou les relations publiques.
- Expérience en relations médiatiques et en engagement avec les parties prenantes considérée comme un avantage.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à interagir à différents niveaux.

📝 Description du poste : What the role is:You will handle the public communications of a variety of healthcare issues, such as communicable & non-communicable diseases and crisis communications. You will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment that would require the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders at the same time.What you will be working on:You will advise the relevant divisions on public communications strategies and positioning of these issues, develop, execute and manage public communications initiatives that will promote public understanding, appreciation and support of Singapore’s healthcare system via a variety of and media and social media channels. You will also plan and manage media coverage for MOH-related events and facilitate media requests at these events.What we are looking for:Key Competencies Require • Thinking Clearly & Making Sound Judgements – Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities to support the crafting of sound policy recommendations; ability to grasp timelines, operating context and ground realities. • Learning & Putting Skills into Action – Possesses the drive and curiosity to learn and apply new skills, knowledge and new ways of working. • Improving & Innovating – Ability to seek continual improvements, and to innovate and experiment while managing the risks involved. • Working Effectively with Stakeholders – Ability to mobilise and rally partners and stakeholders towards a collective purpose. • Tertiary education in a related discipline • At least 3 years of relevant experience in communications or public relations • Experience in media relations, stakeholders engagement, marketing communications and / or journalism would be an added advantage • Good communication skills with the ability to engage and interact at different levels • Ability to multi-task and work independently • Strong critical thinking • Highly driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced and challenging environment As part of the shortlisting process for this role, candidates may be required to complete a medical declaration and/or undergo further assessment.About Ministry of Health:The Ministry of Health’s (MOH) vision is to champion a healthy nation with our people – to live well, live long and with peace of mind.
