Description du Poste

Le Graduate Development Programme Manager est chargé de gérer l’ensemble du programme de développement des diplômés, favorisant ainsi la croissance personnelle et professionnelle des jeunes talents saoudiens. Ce rôle implique une collaboration étroite avec la direction et divers départements, garantissant une expérience engageante et enrichissante pour les participants.

Responsabilités Clés

  • Gestion du Programme : Élaborer et encadrer l’ensemble du programme de formation pour les diplômés, du début à la fin.
  • Recrutement : Conduire le processus de sélection des diplômés en coopération avec les équipes de ressources humaines.
  • Relations Universitaires : Établir des partenariats solides avec les principales universités de la région.
  • Mentorat : Agir comme point de contact principal pour les diplômés, assurant leur bien-être et leur développement professionnel.
  • Évaluation : Surveiller la performance des diplômés et fournir des retours constructifs.

Qualifications Requises

Le candidat idéal devra posséder un diplôme ou une expérience pertinente, avec une préférence pour les ressortissants saoudiens. La maîtrise de l’arabe et de l’anglais est essentielle, tout comme une expérience antérieure dans la gestion de programmes de développement de diplômés. *Un fort intérêt pour le soutien des jeunes talents et une capacité à bâtir des relations solides sont également primordiaux.*

We are looking for a Graduate Development Manager to manage our Graduate Development Programme, enabling Tahaluf to inspire, nurture and develop the next generation of talent in the Kingdom of Saudia Arabia. Launched in 2024 with 8 graduates, the programme has grown exponentially- gaining attraction across with Kingdom with 20,000 applications for the 2025 cycle leading to 20 offers made to young Saudis interested in working at Tahaluf.Key to this role is ownership and management of the full annual graduate development programme, with accountability for its success. The role will report into the Head of the Training Academy and work closely with the senior management team, Tahaluf’s HR, and Talent Acquisition teams, as well as other stakeholders across the business team to always ensure we are creating an engaging and relevant experience for our graduates and any future apprenticeship programmes.The Graduate Development Programme Manager will have the support of the Academy coordinator and Learning and Development Manager to ensure our programme offering is robust, structured and engaging.Key Responsibilities:You will own, develop, and manage the company-wide annual graduate training programme (and any future apprenticeship programme), end to end, from induction to graduation, including designing the end of year assessment.Lead on the annual recruitment and selection process of talented graduates according to the business demands, working closely with the talent acquisition and HR teams to improve the process, year on year as well as designing and delivering an assessment day as part of the final selection of graduates.Develop strong relationships with the top universities in Riyadh / Kingdom of Saudia Arabia.Act as a mentor and central point of contact for all graduates attending the programme, organising their rotations, solving any problems, and ensuring that they have an excellent positive learning experience.Work closely with stakeholders within each of the Portfolios/Events where graduates will participate in placements; evolving the programme as needed, always ensuring all graduates experience a great ‘on-the-job’ learning experience.Lead the development and delivery of graduate rotations and training programmes, including producing and maintaining training packs/materials, scheduling sessions, and managing all the associated administration of the Programme etc.Monitoring performance and wellbeing of graduates and providing feedback to all graduates at regular intervals. Including the end of year graduate ceremony.Build a Tahaluf GDP alumni network, leveraging former graduates to actively participate in the programme ever year.Manage all third-party suppliers relating to Graduate Development Programme- select, conceptualise, build, and maintain high impact relationships.Track, measure, and report progress on the Graduate Development, and specifically track the progression of graduate’s performance to support the business in making hiring decisions with regards to the graduatesPartner and network with Informa Group’s Early Careers lead to build relationships with other graduates across the Informa Group, as well as liaise on the creative development of the scheme, where appropriateTake ownership of all Graduate Development Programme marketing collateral, web pages and training materialPlan, manage, and participate in international exchange programTrack and manage the Graduate Developemnt Programme budgetAttend conferences, trainings and other development as required.QualificationsEssentialDegree or related experiencePreference is a Saudi NationalFluent Arabic speakerExcellent written and spoken EnglishSkills, Qualities & ExperiencePrevious experience and knowledge in of managing a highly successful graduate development programme through a full cycle, or relevant programme management experience.Experience of supporting a business through the process of identifying talent, placement management, and/or capability development.Ability to be the Company subject-matter-expert on developing and evolving the graduate programme, ideas, and strategies. Building out the learning pathways and ensuring each rotation is structured and is meaningful.A passion for supporting the early careers/fresh graduate population through their career and developmental journeys.Possess an agile continuous improvement approach: consulting, piloting, reviewing, and improving programmes as appropriate.Ability to create engaging and inspiring development programmes.Ability to challenge and influence at a senior leadership level with credibility.Excellent programme & time management and organisational skills.Excellent communication skills and thrives in a team environment.A willingness to challenge the status quo where appropriate.Comfortable delivering presentationsDesirable – strong social media skillsIT skills such as Microsoft OfficeAdditional InformationWhat you will get
