PwC souhaite renforcer son équipe de conseil en technologie en République tchèque, avec un accent particulier sur les projets destinés aux marchés germanophones. Dans ce cadre, nous recherchons un Manager spécialisé dans la transformation des assurances. Ce rôle crucial impliquera la direction d’initiatives de transformation stratégiques et opérationnelles pour des clients de premier plan dans le domaine de l’assurance.
Responsabilités Clés
- Leadership de projets : Gérer des programmes de changement complexes, depuis l’analyse des besoins jusqu’à la mise en œuvre.
- Relation Client : Entretenir des relations solides avec les clients, tout en favorisant le développement de nouvelles affaires.
- Management d’équipe : Superviser et dynamiser une équipe de consultants au sein de notre pratique de conseil.
- Communication : Collaborer activement avec les collègues et clients dans les pays germanophones.
Exigences du Poste
Les candidats doivent posséder :
- Expérience : Minimum de 8 ans dans des rôles de conseil ou de transformation au sein de l’industrie de l’assurance.
- Connaissances : Compréhension approfondie du marché de l’assurance, y compris des cadres réglementaires.
- Gestion d’équipe : Expérience avérée dans la direction d’équipes de taille intermédiaire.
- Compétences linguistiques : Capacités de communication en allemand au niveau C1, ainsi qu’une maîtrise de l’anglais et du tchèque ou slovaque.
- Mobilité : Disponibilité pour des déplacements ponctuels en Allemagne.

And also, he is supported by a wonderful family who, when he needs to relax, let him make completely unnecessary things out of wood.Job description & summaryAs a Manager – Insurance Transformation, you will lead strategic and operational transformation initiatives for top-tier insurance clients across the German market.
