Objectif du Poste

Le rôle de Manager, Learning & Inclusion est essentiel à la mission de Grab, qui consiste à optimiser le développement des compétences et l’inclusion au sein de son équipe. Basé à Kuala Lumpur, ce poste requiert une collaboration active avec divers départements afin de créer un environnement où tous les employés peuvent évoluer et contribuer efficacement.

Responsabilités Clés

• Développement des Compétences : Offrir aux Grabbers les outils et les mentalités nécessaires pour exceller dans leur travail et poursuivre leur croissance.
• Inclusion : Promouvoir un milieu de travail équitable, permettant à chaque employé de se sentir intégré et d’avoir accès à des opportunités de développement.

Les tâches principales comprennent :

• Définir les priorités stratégiques de l’équipe selon le contexte commercial.
• Collaborer avec différentes équipes pour analyser des données et développer des solutions aux problèmes spécifiques.
• Concevoir et mener des interventions efficaces, notamment des programmes de développement et des améliorations des outils d’apprentissage.

Compétences Requises

Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit posséder plusieurs compétences essentielles :

• Résolution de Problèmes : Capacité à analyser des situations complexes et à proposer des solutions efficaces.
• Gestion du Changement : Promouvoir des innovations et mettre en œuvre des idées ayant un impact tangible.
• Collaboration : Travailler en équipe à différents niveaux pour atteindre des objectifs communs.
• Communication : Exprimer clairement les idées, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.
• Expérience : 7 ans minimum dans la conception et la mise en œuvre de programmes engageants, ainsi que dans la conduite de projets complexes.

Get to Know the RoleThis is a regional role based in our Kuala Lumpur office. You’ll work independently and report directly to the Head of Learning & Inclusion.As part of Learning & Inclusion team, you’ll work with team members to drive impact in two main areas:

• (Your primary focus) Ensure our employees (whom we call « Grabbers ») to build essential skills and mindsets so they can perform at their best and keep growing.
• Create a more inclusive and equitable workplace, where everyone feels like they belong and has equal access to opportunities to grow.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Shape what the team should focus on, based on business contexts and goals.
• Collaborate with different teams to examine data, understand challenges and develop solutions with a principled approach.
• Design and lead impactful interventions – this could include:

• Development programmes and nudges
• Improvements to our learning tools or systems
• Process changes or other creative interventions to support learning and inclusion goals

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• Solving Problems: Analyse complex situations, identify solutions, and adapt based on feedback and data.
• Change Management: Champion innovation and implement impactful ideas.
• Collaboration: Lead cross team members at all levels to problem solve and achieve shared goals.
• Expertise: Share knowledge and coach others to improve their work and skills.
• Communication: Articulates ideas in a clear manner, both verbally and in writing.
• 7+ years of experience with the following:
• Design and implement engaging and impactful user journeys or programmes
• Lead complex projects
• Promote behaviour/ culture change in a diverse organisation
