Description du Poste
Le département des opérations réglementaires est chargé de la préparation des rapports réglementaires pour différentes juridictions, y compris la Banque d’Angleterre, la CFTC, la SEC et d’autres entités. Le Responsable des Opérations Réglementaires aura comme principales responsabilités :
- Enrichir les transactions semi-structurelles dans le système pour une soumission précise et rapide aux régulateurs.
- Effectuer la réconciliation des transactions rapportées.
- Surveiller les exceptions et signaler toute anomalie pour garantir le respect des délais.
- Analyser et enquêter sur les exceptions en collaboration avec les parties prenantes.
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec d’autres départements pour remédier aux exceptions identifiées.
- S’assurer que tous les rapports réglementaires sont conformes aux directives des régulateurs.
Responsabilités Clés
Stratégie
- Mettre en œuvre des contrôles robustes pour garantir la complétude et l’exactitude des rapports.
- Maintenir la cohérence des processus entre les différents régimes réglementaires.
- Identifier les améliorations potentielles des processus.
- Collaborer avec les équipes à l’échelle mondiale.
Prévention et Détection
- Gérer les fonctions de reporting en coordination avec les parties prenantes.
- Surveiller et contrôler les exceptions au quotidien.
- Participer activement à l’amélioration des processus.
Compétences et Qualifications
Les candidats au poste doivent posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Expérience en reporting réglementaire (3+ ans).
- Maîtrise des outils Microsoft Office.
- Connaissance des produits financiers et des systèmes tels que Murex et Razor.
- Excellentes compétences analytiques et en résolution de problèmes.
- Une compréhension des systèmes DTCC ou Unavista est un plus.
Qualifications Académiques : Diplôme dans des domaines tels que l’administration des affaires, l’économie, la comptabilité, etc.

📝 Description du poste : Job SummaryRegulatory Operations Department is responsible for regulatory reporting to multiple jurisdictions i.e. BoE, CFTC, SEC, ESMA, FCA, MiFID, SFTR, HKMA, ASICS and MAS. Your primary responsibility will be:
- Enrich semi structure trades into the system for submission to regulators in a timely and accurate manner.
- Perform reported trades reconciliation in a timely and accurate.
- Monitor exceptions and escalating any anomalies to management and technology team to ensure daily timeliness is not compromised.
- Analyse and investigate any exceptions and work together with stakeholders and technology to remediate any exceptions.
- Work closely with other departments to investigate and remediate identified trade exceptions within the outlined timeframe.
- Ensure all regulatory reporting are prepared in accordance with guidelines issued by regulators in a timely and accurate manner.
Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy
- Practice robust controls on reporting to evidence completeness, accuracy & timeliness.
- Maintain consistency of processes & MI across regulatory regimes e.g. SFTR, CFTC, SEC, MIFID & EMIR…etc
- Identify improvement to processes & drive delivery of change management. Have a clear picture of the day 1 delivery verses the strategic reporting to be delivered.
- Collaboration across teams, regions & time zones to meet the responsibilities of the global team.
Business
- All aspects of tasks related to prevention, detection, assurance & oversight of Regulatory reporting function.
- Manage back reporting functions for in scope trades within deadline in coordination with stakeholders
- Exception Monitoring & Control processes to be run and remediated ensuring trades related to technical fixes which are prioritised are remediated daily where possible, e.g. static updates.

- Work with Regulatory Operations team and passing on key messages from team discussions.

- Timely responses to external & internal queries.
- Execute tactical and strategic processes in collaboration with Technology & Change teams
- Ensure adherence to Process Documents.

Risk Management
- Executes prevention, detection, Assurance & oversight processes within the reporting function.
- Understand the system architecture limitations & remediation plans to ensure impact on day-to-day reporting can be mitigated.

3+ years of experience in Regulatory Reporting .
