Description du poste : Job Description:Create your best future and join Westpac as a Manager, Risk Maturity & Risk CultureWhat’s the role?Supporting the Consumer Division, you’ll deliver insightful reporting outcomes for risk and controls across the business. You’ll be proactive in identifying, managing, mitigating and monitoring risks and contribute to the development and monitoring of risk plans, supporting risk management frameworks, and driving risk culture assessments. You’ll bring a customer orientated focus and enjoy working with a macro risk landscape.This full-time position is based in Sydney, with flexible working hours, with 2-3 days in the office to connect with colleagues, enabling a healthy work-life balance.What do I need?
- Demonstrated experience in developing and embedding risk concepts and toolsets to strengthen risk culture and capability uplift within a business.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to hold the line, and influence for desired outcomes with various stakeholders across the business.
- Prior experience in risk management, legal or compliance in a large and complex organisation. Previous experience in financial services, consulting or in a Consumer Line of Business will be highly regarded.
- Ability to balance priorities and deliver accurate and complete updates on time with a high attention to detail.
- Strong written and oral communication skills are essential for clear and effective reporting.
