Titre du poste: Manager/Senior Manager, Content Writer (Jobs & Skills) (contrat temporaire d’un an)

Le candidat retenu travaillera au sein de la division Jobs-Skills Insights, responsable du développement et de la diffusion d’insights sur les emplois et les compétences. Les principales responsabilités incluent :

• Développement de Contenu: Rédaction de contenu de haute qualité sur différents supports, y compris des articles en ligne, des guides, et du matériel promotionnel, afin d’informer sur les métiers et les compétences.
• Recherche et Collaboration: Analyse des tendances de l’industrie et des exigences en matière de compétences, en collaboration avec des experts pour garantir l’exactitude des informations.
• Standards Éditoriaux: Révision minutieuse des contenus pour assurer leur conformité aux normes éditoriales et aux lignes directrices de communication gouvernementales.

Profil Recherché

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique et autonome, dotée d’une solide expérience en rédaction de contenu, idéalement dans les domaines de l’éducation, de l’orientation professionnelle ou du développement des compétences. Les compétences requises incluent :

• Expérience en rédaction de contenu, avec une compréhension des principes de SEO.
• Capacité à traduire des informations complexes en contenu clair et engageant.
• Compétences en recherche et en vérification des faits, avec un souci du détail.
• Familiarité avec les systèmes de gestion de contenu et les standards d’accessibilité web.
• Connaissance des initiatives SkillsFuture et du cadre de compétences de Singapour est un atout.

Join the JSID team in SSG that develop and disseminate Jobs-Skills Insights to stakeholders to support decision-making on jobs and skills matters • Engage stakeholders to understand their needs and how Jobs-Skills Insights can serve to address • Conduct big data analysis and research on in-demand, emerging and future jobs and skills, tapping on business, labour and market intelligence and the National Jobs-Skills Intelligence (NJSI) engine • Synthesize insights and validate with stakeholders such as innovation-led enterprises and experts • Disseminate Jobs-Skills Insights via omni-channels and formats to maximise outreach and adoption We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Content Writer to join our Jobs-Skills Insights Division. The ideal candidate will create compelling, accurate, and engaging content related to skills development and career health. This role requires crafting clear, informative content while maintaining high editorial standards and ensuring alignment with SkillsFuture Singapore’s objectives.What you will be working on:Content Development & Writing: • Develop high-quality written content for various platforms, including web articles, guides, and promotional materials focused on jobs and skills content found in the Jobs-Skills Portal • Transform complex information about jobs and skills, including industry trends, skills frameworks, career pathways, and training programmes into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences • Create engaging headlines, meta descriptions, and SEO-optimised content Research & Collaboration: • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, job roles, and skills requirements to ensure content accuracy • Collaborate with subject matter experts to verify technical information and maintain content integrity • Work closely with digital teams to optimise content for various platforms and channels Editorial Standards & Quality Assurance: • Perform meticulous copyediting to ensure all materials meet editorial standards and style guidelines • Review and update existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy • Ensure content is aligned with government communication guidelines and web accessibility standardsWhat we are looking for:
