SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) est une organisation statutaire dynamique, sous l’égide du Ministère de l’Éducation, dont l’objectif est de promouvoir l’apprentissage tout au long de la vie et le développement des compétences au sein de la main-d’œuvre de Singapour. En tant que leader du mouvement SkillsFuture, SSG collabore avec divers acteurs du marché, notamment les employeurs et les prestataires de formation, afin de construire un écosystème d’apprentissage robuste.
Le poste proposé s’inscrit au sein de l’équipe JSID de SSG, dédiée à la création et à la diffusion d’analyses sur les métiers et les compétences. Le candidat retenu sera responsable de la création de contenus engageants et informatifs, alignés sur les objectifs de SkillsFuture, pour soutenir la prise de décision des parties prenantes sur les questions de compétences et d’emplois.
Responsabilités Principales
- Développement et Rédaction de Contenu : Rédiger des contenus de haute qualité pour plusieurs plateformes, y compris des articles, des guides, et du matériel promotionnel centré sur les compétences et l’emploi.
- Recherche et Collaboration : Réaliser des recherches approfondies sur les tendances du secteur, les rôles professionnels et les exigences en matière de compétences, tout en collaborant avec des experts pour garantir l’exactitude du contenu.
- Normes Éditoriales et Assurance Qualité : Assurer la conformité du contenu aux normes éditoriales établies, tout en révisant et en mettant à jour les matériaux existants pour préserver leur pertinence.
Profil Recherché
Le candidat idéal doit posséder les compétences suivantes :
- Expérience dans la rédaction de contenu, de préférence dans les domaines de l’éducation, de l’orientation professionnelle ou du développement des compétences.
- Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais écrit et parlé.
- Compétences avérées en recherche et en vérification des faits.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome tout en respectant des délais serrés.
- Compréhension des initiatives SkillsFuture et du cadre de compétences de Singapour.

The ideal candidate will create compelling, accurate, and engaging content related to skills development and career health. This role requires crafting clear, informative content while maintaining high editorial standards and ensuring alignment with SkillsFuture Singapore’s objectives.What you will be working on:Content Development & Writing: • Develop high-quality written content for various platforms, including web articles, guides, and promotional materials focused on jobs and skills content found in the Jobs-Skills Portal • Transform complex information about jobs and skills, including industry trends, skills frameworks, career pathways, and training programmes into clear, accessible content for diverse audiences • Create engaging headlines, meta descriptions, and SEO-optimised content Research & Collaboration: • Conduct thorough research on industry trends, job roles, and skills requirements to ensure content accuracy • Collaborate with subject matter experts to verify technical information and maintain content integrity • Work closely with digital teams to optimise content for various platforms and channels Editorial Standards & Quality Assurance: • Perform meticulous copyediting to ensure all materials meet editorial standards and style guidelines • Review and update existing content to maintain relevance and accuracy • Ensure content is aligned with government communication guidelines and web accessibility standardsWhat we are looking for:
