Description du Poste
Dans le cadre de son équipe mondiale dédiée aux produits durables et à la chaîne d’approvisionnement, ERM recherche un Consultant Principal. Cette position centrale repose sur trois axes principaux :
- Stabilité des produits sur le marché : Assurer la conformité aux réglementations mondiales tout en satisfaisant les objectifs commerciaux.
- Création de chaînes d’approvisionnement durables : Minimiser les impacts environnementaux tout au long du cycle de vie des produits.
- Promotion de la durabilité des produits : Encourager l’économie circulaire par la conception éco-responsable.
Le candidat sera responsable de gérer les relations avec les clients et de mener des projets divers, allant des enregistrements de produits aux audits de conformité. En tant que membre clé de l’équipe, il contribuera également à la croissance d’ERM en recrutant et en développant la prochaine génération de leaders du secteur.
Responsabilités
- Superviser la pratique de la chaîne d’approvisionnement et des produits durables.
- Gérer les projets réglementaires et les demandes des clients relatifs à la conformité.
- Participer au développement commercial et aux activités de marketing.
- Collaborer avec différentes équipes sur des services liés à la durabilité et la formation ESG.
- Analyser et interpréter l’impact des réglementations sur les activités commerciales des clients.
Exigences
- Diplôme de Master en Sciences Chimiques, Sciences de l’Environnement, ou discipline connexe.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience dans la gestion durable de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, de préférence en consulting.
- Solides connaissances en gestion des chaînes d’approvisionnement et en communication.
- Expérience avérée en gestion de projets de taille moyenne.
- Maitrise de l’anglais et du mandarin (écrit et oral).
- Capacité à voyager et à travailler de manière autonome.

- Mainly responsible for Sustainable Product and Supply Chain practice
- Client management and project management for different services, including products/chemical registrations, supply chain compliance enablement, supply chain decarbonization, supply chain due diligence, audits, and training.
- Handle client inquiries on regulatory services;
- Manage regulatory projects;
- Assist in business development, marketing activities and client pitches and client facing activities;
- Participate in other team services and collaborate with Sustainable Operation and Corporate Sustainability and Climate Change teams providing services such as ESG related service, training etc.
- Monitor, interpret, communicate, and assess business impact of product compliance regulations for the clients.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Master in Chemical Sciences or Engineering, Environmental Science or Engineering or related discipline;
- At least 5 years or more of relevant sustainable supply chain management experience. Preferred to be in consultancy with relevant project experiences in product/chemical regulatory service, product stewardship, Supply Chain ESG Management, Supply Chain compliance audit, Product Circularity, Eco-Design, with cross-practices of experiences as a plus; Candidates with more years of experience can be considered for a senior position
- Have good knowledge about Supply Chain Management;
- Excellent in communication and coordination;
- Experienced in medium scale of project management;
- Excellent command of English and Mandarin (written and spoken);
- Possess prior exposure to proposal and client management as a plus;
- Ability to travel, maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision
