Responsabilités Principales

Le rôle de Managing Director implique plusieurs responsabilités clés :

• Responsabilité de la Performance : Garantir l’atteinte des objectifs de commande, d’expédition et de marge fixés pour Fluke en Taïwan.
• Objectifs de Vente : Établir des objectifs clairs par segment et territoire de vente.
• Réseau de Distribution : Développer un réseau de distribution sain et équilibré entre ventes directes et e-commerce.
• Marketing : Planifier et mettre en œuvre des programmes marketing et des activités promotionnelles régionales.
• Suivi de la Performance : Évaluer la performance des ventes et identifier des solutions d’amélioration.
• Développement d’Équipe : Construire et soutenir une équipe commerciale professionnelle en favorisant le développement de carrière.
• Culture d’Engagement : Motiver l’équipe par une culture d’entreprise cohérente et des standards d’affaires élevés.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :

• Minimum de 8 ans d’expérience dans le secteur industriel, avec 5 ans en gestion des ventes.
• Compétences en communication avec une maîtrise de l’anglais.
• Capacité avérée à motiver et développer les membres de l’équipe.
• Personnalité axée sur les ventes avec un esprit compétitif.
• Adaptabilité, sens du client, motivation personnelle et esprit d’équipe.
• Créativité et ouverture à de nouvelles idées et méthodes.
• Excellentes compétences de communication et de négociation.
• Capacité à travailler sous pression avec une disposition pour des déplacements professionnels fréquents.

📝 Description du poste : Job overviewIn this role, as Managing Director you will be proactively leading, developing and coaching the Taiwan Commercial team, managing the sales and marketing plans to both achieving key qualitative and quantitative goals with targeted profitability, and ensuring high level of customer satisfaction for Fluke in Taiwan.Primary Responsibilities/Duties

• Being accountable for achieving assigned order intake, shipment, targeted margin, and related objectives for Fluke in Taiwan including IG, FPI and FNET product lines. Responsible for margin and working capital improvements in addition to the top line.
• Setting up clear sales objectives and goals and allocating target by segments and by sales territories.
• Developing and maintaining healthy distribution network across Taiwan. Achieving balanced channel structure of direct sale and e-Commerce to maximize business coverage.
• Leading the team to successfully plan and implement marketing programs and regional promotional activities.
• Tracking sales performance and developing solutions in performance improvement possibility.
• Building up and developing a professional Commercial team. Supporting team members with their career development and retaining key talents through collaboration with HR and management team.
• Motivating and engaging team by fostering culture consistency with company values and high business standards.

Qualification

• 8+ years’ experience in industrial sectors with strong technical knowledge. 5+ years’ sales management experience. (Experience of leading a sales team is desired)
• Having good communication skills and being fluent in English.
• Proven ability to recognize, motivate and develop team members.
• An individual who has a strong sale-oriented personality, with good capabilities to involve in a cross – cultural team in the sales work and highly competitive spirit.
• A highly adaptable, intuitive, customer-focused, self-motivated, good planner and a team player, having precision and accuracy in work, working effectively with a cross-function team
• Being creative and open-minded to new ways and new ideas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Able to work under pressure, accept 50% business trips
