Le rôle d’Ingénieur en Fabrication est essentiel au sein de l’équipe de développement produit d’Amazon. Ce poste requiert la mise en place et la supervision des processus de fabrication en collaboration étroite avec nos partenaires de production matériels. Le candidat retenu soutiendra non seulement les opérations de fabrication, mais assurera également une liaison avec les équipes NPI (New Product Introduction) et QnR (Quality and Reliability), dans le but d’optimiser les processus et de répondre aux besoins des clients.
Responsabilités Clés
- Concevoir, développer, mettre en œuvre et maintenir des systèmes automatisés pour améliorer l’efficacité et la précision des processus de fabrication.
- Identifier des opportunités d’automatisation, tester des processus automatisés et collaborer avec diverses équipes pour intégrer ces systèmes.
- Fournir des conseils sur le flux de fabrication, l’automatisation et la qualité sur site des fournisseurs.
- Diriger l’analyse de problèmes et résoudre des échecs avec les partenaires de fabrication et les fournisseurs de composants.
- Améliorer la capacité d’inspection qualité des fournisseurs tout en conservant le rendement de production.
- Développer et optimiser des dispositifs de test en collaboration avec les partenaires de fabrication.
- Travailler avec une équipe inter-fonctionnelle pour valider les processus et résoudre des problèmes complexes en matière de conception et de test.
- Agir en tant que pont entre les partenaires internes et externes pour soutenir la production durable et le développement de nouveaux produits.

Qualifications Requises
- Baccalauréat en ingénierie mécanique ou un domaine technique connexe.
- Plus de trois ans d’expérience dans un domaine d’ingénierie similaire.
- Compétences en réflexion structurée et logique.
- Expérience dans les processus d’assemblage automatisés.
- Connaissance des systèmes d’automatisation, des PLC et des robots.
- Maîtrise des langages de programmation liés à l’automatisation.
- Capacité à travailler avec des partenaires ODM et CM internationaux.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et orale à tous les niveaux de l’organisation.
Qualifications Préférées
- Expérience avec des systèmes distribués à grande échelle.
- Pensée innovante et capacité à travailler de manière autonome.
- Expérience en assemblage de cartes de circuits imprimés.
- Compréhension approfondie de la stratégie de fabrication et des meilleures pratiques DFMA.
- Compétences en analyse statistique et validation de processus.

📝 Description du poste : DESCRIPTIONThe Manufacturing Engineer will be a key member of the product development team working to ramp up and monitor the manufacturing process at our HW manufacturing partners. The successful candidate will engage and support manufacturing at our partners. The successful candidate will co-work with our NPI and QnR teams, in order to drive manufacturing processess, facilitate better understanding of what are the issues & status at the manufacturing line, while at the same time provide check & balance to these teams` goals in order to streamline our manufacturing to meet our customers` demands.Key job responsibilities
- Working with JDM for the designs, develops, implements, and maintains automated systems to improve efficiency and accuracy across various industries.
- Identify opportunities for automation, create and test automated processes, and collaborate with teams to integrate these systems
- Frequently onsite supplier site to provide guidance on Mfg process flow, Manufacturing automation, DOE, and regular quality audit.
- Lead problem resolution and failure analysis with manufacturing partner and sub-tier component suppliers by utilizing DOE, data analysis.
- Bring up the supplier’s quality inspection capability, 100% inline quality inspection without affecting capacity throughput.
- Provide engineering insight into both Mfg process and assembly fixture designs to improve automation, quality and reliability to the product but not affecting capacity throughput.
- Work with manufacturing partner to develop and optimize testing jig, monitoring the yield rate and root causing for the low testing yield jig.
- Work closely with a cross functional team from the supplier in build readiness, process validation, solve complex design, manufacturing, testing issues to meet quality goal and project timing.
- Bridge the gap between internal and external partner by supporting sustaining production as well as new product development

– 3+ years of experience in a related engineering field
– Structural, logical thinking
– Experience in automatic assembly process
– Experience with design for manufacturability, design for automation, and creating process documentation from scratch
– Experience in integration of production testing infrastructure and deployment of production test suites
– Proven experience as an Automation Engineer or in a similar role.
– Strong knowledge of automation systems, PLCs, robotics, and control systems.
– Proficiency in programming languages relevant to automation.
– Familiarity with CAD software and system integration.
– Experience in strain gauge measurement
– Experience in process characterization and validation using statistical tools and Design of Experiments.
– Experience with failure analysis techniques to evaluate production, supplier and field failures to drive root cause analysis and resolution.
– Experience working with International ODM and CM Partners
– Excellent oral and written communication skills; capable of interfacing at all levels of a business from equipment operators to vendor leadershipPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS– Experience with distributed systems at scale
– Out of the box thinking
– Ability to work independently and ensure timely and accurate communication between the Annapurna Labs and our JDM/OEM partners
– Experience in printed circuit boards (PCB) assembly, including solder paste, chip mounting, reflow soldering, advanced heat sink mounting
– Experience in PCB inspection and meteorology including optical, Lasers, X-ray, 3D .
– Experience in air / liquid cooling designs
– Good understanding of manufacturing strategy and DFMA best practices
– Experience with Statistical Analysis Software
