Mission

L’Ingénieur de Fabrication chez Eaton joue un rôle crucial en garantissant le transfert réussi des produits du prototype à la production de masse de manière sécurisée, efficace et rentable. Les responsabilités incluent :

• Création et maintenance des instructions de travail essentielles pour une assemblage efficace.
• Participation à l’analyse des causes profondes pour corriger les non-conformités de processus.
• Coordination des efforts d’amélioration continue via les initiatives Lean.
• Développement et définition des processus nécessaires pour les opérations de production.
• Conduite du processus d’introduction de nouveaux produits depuis le prototype jusqu’à la production de masse.

Qualifications Requises

Compétences :

• Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer efficacement.
• Compétences interpersonnelles et de résolution de problèmes proactives.
• Connaissance des principes de fabrication Lean (préférable).
• Compétences en élaboration de rapports techniques et de procédures opérationnelles.
• Capacité à comprendre des plans, spécifications et outils de mesure de précision.

Formation :

• Diplôme en ingénierie industrielle, électromécanique, mécatronique ou domaines connexes.
• Maîtrise de l’anglais avancée.
• Expérience de 1 à 3 ans dans un rôle similaire.
• Certification Lean Manufacturing, connaissances en conception assistée par ordinateur (CAD), et gestion de projet appréciées.

📝 Description du poste : Job Description:Eaton’s IS AER ITD division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Engineer.What you’ll do:Eaton welcomes people who share our determination and high standards to join us in doing work that moves the world forward. We design, manufacture and market high performance and high reliability interconnect solutions for the aviation, defense, space, energy, and transportation markets.Coordinate and ensure successful transfer of products from engineering prototype to mass production in a safe, efficient and cost effective manner. Create and maintain work instructions to enable production correctly assemble the components and a final finished product quality. Participate in root cause analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions to correct non-conformances on processes. Coordinate continuous improvement efforts through the implementation and application of techniques and Lean manufacturing initiatives.Creating and maintaining routes.
Creating and maintaining VWI (Visual Work Instruction).
Check the instructions created by DCU and revisions.
Discuss and agree with those production / quality the best methods to produce quality and timely products.
Definition and/or development of processes, tools, machines and equipment necessary to perform production & assembly operations.
Find information and data in different sources: ERP (Mfg/Pro), QT9, assembly drawings, specifications, Internet.
Lead the new product introduction process from prototype to mass production.
Apply analytical tools to the processes under evaluation by the team.
Document actions arising from the root cause analysis and 8D problem solving.
Support development & quality of products by providing input on FMEA, Control Plans, 8D Analysis and Design form Manufacturability & Assembly.
Support cross training through development of traning matrixes for special processes.
Identify training needs and propose training for manufacturing personnel.
Work on the future implementation of other initiatives such as: KPI, Autonomous Maintenance, SMED and Standardization.
Provide employees all necessary resources (manuals, tools, instructions, etc.) so they can operate in a fast paced environment.Qualifications:Requirements

• Ability to work effectively with others and be a participating team player.
• Pro-active & strong interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Knowledge on Lean manufacturing (preferable)
• Ability to compile technical reports, business correspondence and operational procedures.
• Understanding & working knowledge of blueprints, machining specifications, product specifications, and precision measuring tools.
• Detail oriented with ability to manage multiple tasks with dynamic priorities.
• Good verbal & written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of desktop personal computer (MS Office).

Education & Qualifications

• Education: Industrial Engineer, Electro-mechanic, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineer or relate Engineer field.
• Languages: Advanced English knowledge
• Experience: 1-3 years.
• Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus
• CAD, Design knowledge, tooling development is a plus
• Project Management certification is a plus
