With a strong focus on digital innovation and customer experience, they are committed to delivering premium solutions that keep businesses and public spaces safe and efficient.This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially minded and digitally focused marketing professional to play a key role in driving online growth and shaping the company’s digital future.Role OverviewAs Marketing & E-Commerce Executive, you will be responsible for the performance and development of the company’s digital platforms. You’ll take ownership of website optimisation, digital content, and marketing campaigns that enhance the customer journey, generate leads, and drive online revenue.This hybrid role offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to have a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented business.Key ResponsibilitiesE-Commerce & Website Management
- Manage and maintain the product catalogue, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and SEO optimisation across listings.
- Enhance site structure, navigation, and user experience to improve customer engagement and conversions.
- Identify and implement improvements to optimise the performance of the e-commerce platform.
Digital Marketing & Content
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies aligned with business and sales goals.
- Write high-quality, SEO-focused content for landing pages, product descriptions, and digital campaigns.
- Deliver targeted email marketing and social media campaigns, particularly via LinkedIn.
- Create marketing materials such as product guides, promotional content, and case studies.
Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
- Analyse website traffic, campaign effectiveness, and key user metrics using tools such as Google Analytics.
- Report on marketing performance and propose data-driven improvements to campaigns and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to ensure alignment between digital efforts and customer needs.

- Have strong copywriting and SEO skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
- Are comfortable working across multiple projects in a structured and organised way.
- Think commercially and understand how your work contributes to sales and lead generation.
Experience & Skills Required
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, content structuring, and metadata optimisation.
- Experience managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify is a plus).
- Strong copywriting skills – confident creating compelling, customer-focused content.
- Proven experience running email marketing and social media campaigns.
- Familiarity with key digital tools and platforms including Google Analytics, CMS, and email marketing tools.
