Medcom cherche à renforcer son équipe marketing avec un *Marketing & Communications Coordinator* créatif, organisé et axé sur le détail. Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir la cohérence de la marque, améliorer la visibilité de l’entreprise et soutenir les initiatives marketing au sein des différents départements et comités internes. - Collaborer avec les équipes internes pour créer des supports promotionnels en adéquation avec les stratégies marketing de Medcom.
- Concevoir, mettre à jour, et produire des matériaux marketing internes et externes tels que des brochures et des propositions.
- Assister à la conception de présentations internes et externes.
- Participer à l’élaboration de newsletters trimestrielles et de contenu pour le blog de Medcom.
- Maintenir et actualiser le contenu de l’Intranet de Medcom.
- Supporter la planification et l’exécution d’événements clients, de conférences et de webinars.
- Gérer l’inventaire des articles promotionnels et du matériel marketing.
- Soutenir la préparation de matériaux de bienvenue pour les nouvelles recrues.
- Assister à la création de liens pour des présentations vidéo.
- S’assurer que tous les matériaux marketing respectent les lignes directrices de la marque et obtiennent l’approbation du Marketing Manager avant leur distribution.
- Titre de BS/BA en marketing, communication ou domaine connexe, ou expérience équivalente.
- Maîtrise de Microsoft Office Suite et d’Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator et Photoshop de préférence).
- Sensibilité au design et grand souci du détail.
- Excellentes compétences en communication écrite et verbale.
- Capacité à travailler en collaboration avec l’aptitude à accepter les retours constructifs.
- Compétences organisationnelles solides et gestion efficace du temps.
- Aptitude à prioriser et respecter les délais critiques.
- Autonome et capable de travailler de manière indépendante.
- Adhésion aux politiques de Medcom concernant la confidentialité et la sécurité.
- Attitude positive et esprit d’équipe.

This role is key to ensuring brand consistency, enhancing company visibility, and supporting marketing initiatives across departments and internal committees. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, brings ideas to life through visually engaging materials, and has excellent communication skills.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams and committees to create promotional materials that align with Medcom’s marketing strategies and brand standards
- Design, update, and produce internal and external marketing assets such as flyers, forms, proposals, and guides
- Assist in design and production of internal and external presentations
- Assist in developing quarterly newsletters and weekly blog content for the Medcom website
- Maintain and update content on Medcom’s Intranet to ensure relevance and engagement
- Support planning and execution of client events, conferences, and webinars
- Organize, track, and manage promotional items and marketing collateral inventory
- Support onboarding efforts by preparing branded welcome materials for new hires
- Assist with creating links for video presentations and training
- Ensure all marketing materials comply with Medcom’s brand guidelines and are approved by the Marketing Manager prior to distribution
Requirements
- BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field-or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator and Photoshop preferred)
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly collaborative with the ability to take direction and feedback constructively
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- The ability to prioritize and meet deadlines is critical in this role
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Able to follow all Medcom policies as they relate to privacy and security
- Must have a positive attitude, team spirit, and a willingness to help out
