Description du poste : Samsung Electronics Ukraine is opening a vacancy of Marketing Communications Team Leader (Mobile Category) for 1 year contract (with possibility to extend).Responsibilities
- Market Analysis and Strategy: Keeping a pulse on the mobile technology landscape, understanding competitor strengths and weaknesses, and identifying target customer segments, continuous analysis of consumer’s behavioral changes, shopping paths’; utilize market insights for impactful strategy development
- Product Launches: Leading the marketing efforts for new phone launches, including generating pre-launch buzz, creating compelling messaging, and managing integrated marketing campaigns
- Brand Management: Shaping and promoting the Samsung Galaxy brand identity, ensuring it resonates with target audiences and differentiates from competitors
- Marketing Campaign Management: Overseeing the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels with focus on digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing
Marketing Budget Management: Allocating marketing budget effectively across different channels and initiatives to maximize return on investment (ROI);Manage a team of direct and non-direct subordinates & supportive teams. Define roles and responsibilities, control team’s performanceProactively establish and maintain effective working team relationships with all support departmentsRequirements
- 4+ years of managerial experience in electronics, FMCG, advertising agencies (brand manager, account manager (in advertising agency), digital marketing manager)
- fluent English is a must
- Excellent knowledge of PowerPoint, Excel
- Degree in Marketing, Economics or equivalent
- Ability to multitask, well organized, creative and proactive, analytical thinker
- Above average stress resistance
