A global systems integrator and digital transformation partner is looking for an innovative Marketing Manager to join their fantastic team!The Marketing Manager will be responsible for implementing comprehensive marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate leads and support business growth.POSITION INFO:
This role requires a strategic thinker and excellent leadership skills.Qualifications and Experience:
– A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is preferred. This provides a solid foundation in marketing principles and communication strategies.
– 5 to 8 years, with of progressive experience in marketing role(s) required, of which 3 – 5 is management experience. This includes experience in brand management, , lead generation, and team management.Some Key Responsibilities :– Devise and implement a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with the company’s business objectives.
– Drive brand awareness and market positioning through integrated marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives.
– Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.
– Set clear goals and objectives, allocate resources effectively, and manage budgets to achieve desired outcomes, including MDF allocation and tracking.
– Foster a collaborative and innovative culture that encourages teamwork and continuous improvement.
– Managing and coordinating 3 external agencies to deliver creative services and public relations support.
– Define and articulate the company’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
– Develop compelling messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences and differentiates the company from competitors.
– Drive the creation of marketing collateral, website content, press releases, case studies, and thought leadership materials.
