With football as our next big focus, we’re growing our team to take things to the next level.About the RoleWe’re hiring a Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing initiatives that drive growth, engagement, and brand presence in football. This is a brand-new role, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to help shape the direction of a growing product in global football culture.What You’ll Do

• Coordinate end-to-end execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns (social, paid, influencer, content, community)
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partners
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and content teams to bring campaigns to life
• Track performance, flag issues early, and optimize processes for better output
• Help build playbooks and systems for repeatable, scalable marketing efforts
• Stay plugged into the football world – trends, communities, cultural moments – and help Sleeper tap into them authentically

What We’re Looking For

• Self-driven individual with 4+ years of experience in marketing or campaign/project management
• Strong organizational skills – you keep projects on time and on point
• Experience working across international teams and audiences
• Comfortable in a startup environment: resourceful, adaptable, and proactive
• Deep love for football – you follow matches, understand the culture, and speak the language of fans
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Hands-on experience working in sport is a plus – with a club, brand, media outlet, or fan-driven initiative
