We take pride in our people and are committed to fostering a workplace where passionate individuals can thrive.About the Role:We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts for our Mercedes-Benz dealerships. This role is pivotal in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that enhance brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and support retail performance across five high-profile dealership locations.Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to support dealership goals, enhance brand presence, and drive customer acquisition
  • Lead the creation and rollout of localised campaigns, predominantly digital, including dealership activations, events, and product promotions
  • Manage campaign workflows and creative traffic across all Mercedes-Benz locations
  • Oversee customer communication via CRM platforms, ensuring timely, targeted, and brand-aligned messaging
  • Ensure adherence to Mercedes-Benz corporate identity and brand guidelines in all communications
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, budget utilisation, and media spend
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of retail campaigns, including asset adjustments based on performance
  • Manage content calendars and strategic planning for social media channels
  • Coordinate Above-the-Line (ATL) and media campaigns where applicable
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing agency: manage briefs, timelines, budgets, reporting, and results
  • Handle monthly invoicing and budget tracking across your portfolio
  • Use Canva to develop and support campaign collateral (Canva experience is essential)

About you:

  • Full, unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • Proven experience developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies
  • Background in marketing or media, ideally in an agency or client-side environment
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels including Google Ads (AdWords), SEO, SEM, PMAX, GDN, META, and YouTube
  • Deep understanding of digital advertising and analytics, with an ROI- and performance-focused mindset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen understanding of retail marketing
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach
  • Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and prioritising competing demands
  • Current NSW driver’s licence and access to your own vehicle
