Our dedicated and compassionate team works tirelessly to create empowering environments for lasting positive outcomes.Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Specialist with expertise in social media management, branding, outreach strategies, and graphic design. This role will be integral in driving brand awareness, engaging community outreach, and promoting Behavior Treatment & Analysis Inc. as a trusted leader in ABA therapy services.Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and strengthen our market position.
• Manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, creating engaging content tailored to our target audience.
• Design and execute outreach campaigns aimed at increasing community engagement and generating leads.
• Create visually appealing marketing materials, including graphics, brochures, flyers, presentations, and digital content.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies based on data insights.
• Support event planning and coordination to maximize community involvement and brand exposure.
• Fluent in English (Required)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of proven experience in marketing, preferably within the healthcare or ABA sector.
• Proficiency in social media management, content creation, and digital marketing tools.
• Skilled in graphic design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms).
• Exceptional creativity and innovative thinking, with a keen eye for visual design.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate across teams.
• Excellent analytical skills with experience utilizing marketing analytics tools.
