Thomson Reuters recherche un spécialiste marketing passionné pour gérer la planification et l’exécution des activités marketing. Ce rôle essentiel soutiendra les objectifs définis dans les plans marketing stratégiques à l’échelle mondiale, régionale ou produit.

Responsabilités Clés

  • Gestion de Projet : Être responsable de la mise en œuvre efficace des campagnes marketing conformément aux plans stratégiques. Cela inclut la gestion des messages clés et de la notoriété de la marque.
  • Analyse et Reporting : Mesurer et rapporter l’efficacité des activités marketing selon des critères préétablis.
  • Communication : Assurer une communication claire concernant toutes les actions marketing avec les parties prenantes, en recueillant régulièrement leurs retours.
  • Innovation : Contribuer à la création de nouvelles idées pour améliorer la transmission des messages clés.

Profil Recherché

Le candidat idéal doit posséder les qualifications suivantes :

  • Expérience : De 5 à 7 ans d’expérience en marketing, notamment dans les domaines de la génération de leads, du marketing basé sur les comptes et du marketing digital.
  • Compétences Techniques : Connaissances des outils d’automatisation marketing, tels que Salesforce et Eloqua, sont préférées.
  • Capacité de Décision : Aptitude à faire preuve de jugement indépendant dans le choix des méthodes et techniques nécessaires pour atteindre les résultats escomptés.
  • Gestion Budgétaire : Compréhension de l’impact financier de toutes les activités de campagne et responsabilité dans la gestion des budgets alloués.

Thomson Reuters Korea marketing team is looking for a marketing specialist for the planning and execution of marketing activities supporting the objectives developed in strategic marketing plans on a global, regional or product basis. Ability to work independently and as a team, with some guidance & direction from manager.About the RoleIn this opportunity as Marketing Specialist, Korea, you will:

  • Accountable to various marketing management roles and key responsibilities may include, but are not limited to: successful project management and execution of marketing campaigns and activities as defined by the strategic marketing plan, key customer messaging and proof points, brand ambassadorship; tactics, timing and measurement.
  • Demonstrates marketing expertise to provide marketing guidance on business decisions.
  • May manage investment in all marketing activities.
  • Ensures fast, clear communication of all relevant Marketing activities and tools to relevant stakeholders, and collects regular feedback.
  • Measure and report against key criteria as agreed.
  • Assist in the creation of new ideas/approaches to effectively enhance the communication of key messages.

About YouYou’re a fit for the role of Marketing Specialist.Korea if you have the following required qualifications:

  • 5 to 7 years’ marketing experience in a lead generation, account-based marketing or digital marketing role. Knowledge of standard marketing automation tools is preferred e.g. Salesforce, Eloqua, Tableau.
  • Exercises independent judgment in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Internal and external contacts often pertain to company plans and objectives.
  • Determines methods and procedures on marketing projects. The role has direct oversight of day-to-day activities with the support of internal and external resources.
  • Supports efforts to build the reputation of the Thomson Reuters marketing capability as a source of specialist expertise and insight in terms of marketing disciplines, product knowledge, customer knowledge and/or geography.
  • Accountable for the effectiveness of budget spend per activity, and an understanding of the financial impact of all campaign activity.
  • Gives advice to management on functional matters, or on the interpretation of policies and practices.
  • Monitors costs of work and may manage budgets for small projects or programs.
  • Some product marketing experience preferred
