Description du poste : We are looking for a financial Master Data Subject Matter Expert (SME), Order-to-Cash (OTC) to join Fortum’s Finance Development in Group Finance.About the role
You will be responsible for leading the development of the financial master data management process. You will have a key role in implementing new master data processes and tools as part of ERP renewal project during the coming years. You will provide expert guidance and ensure that financial data is correctly maintained, aligned with business requirements, and adheres to global standards and policies. In collaboration with the business and function stakeholders, you will be a key person to drive master data related improvement actions forward.Your key responsibilities include, e.g.:Driving a seamless end-to-end process design and implementation in master data management processes within Order-to-Cash (OTC)Serving as a “subject matter expert” in the finance ERP renewal project leading the definition and implementation * Defining and blueprinting the ERP functionalities for own areaImplement best practices and ensure that OTC master data processes are streamlined, efficient, and meet business requirements.Working together with our business and finance stakeholders to ensure the processes are adopted, and they are efficient and aligned with the required standardsEnsuring data quality, operational transparency and continuous improvement in our processesManaging communication and collaboration amongst cross-functional stakeholders such as IT, Finance teamsSupport Fortum finance with process explanation / training where neededIdentify and understand requirements and gaps in solutions and effectively conducts change management.About youTo be successful in this role you have:Suitable degree or equivalent competencies in e.g. accounting or technology, and preferably 5 years of working experience in a relevant field (e.g. consulting, accounting or process development).Proven track record with master data management and master data governance preferably in a large-scale, global organizationProven track record in driving change and / or implementing complex changeProven experience in designing and implementing data solutions for/within ERP systems.Capabilities to work independently and in a matrix organizationAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentContinuous improvement mindset where you seek best practicesGood communication skills and ability to collaborate efficiently across teams and stakeholdersFluent written and spoken English, competence in other languages is an advantage.Good technical capabilities working with ERP’s and other financial management related systemsProficiency with PowerPoint and ExcelExperience in ERP implementation and transformation are considered as advantageCan-do attitudeWe offer you
