Description Générale
SLB, entreprise reconnue dans le domaine de la maintenance industrielle, recherche un Mécanicien pour son site situé à Azuay, en Équateur. Ce poste est essentiel pour garantir la livraison ponctuelle des équipements selon les exigences opérationnelles.
Responsabilités Principales
- Gestion de la Maintenance : Le technicien est chargé d’améliorer le ratio de temps non productif lié à la maintenance des actifs de la division.
- Entretien des Équipements : Il doit maintenir les équipements assignés en suivant le programme de maintenance pertinent et respecter la stratégie de maintenance centrée sur la fiabilité.
- Système de Gestion : Utilisation du Système de Gestion de Maintenance Informatisé (GMI) pour consigner les matériels, coûts de main-d’œuvre et historique de maintenance.
- Culture d’Amélioration Continue : Participation active aux initiatives visant à améliorer l’utilisation des actifs et le coût de livraison des services.
- Gestion des Défaillances : Soutien aux enquêtes sur les pannes et mise en œuvre des projets d’amélioration de la productivité et de l’efficacité.
Exigences du Poste
Le candidat idéal doit posséder des compétences techniques solides et une connaissance approfondie du matériel industriel. Il est important de comprendre les distinctions entre les termes suivants :
- Mécanicien : Travaille sur des équipements de surface (ex. : équipements mécaniques OEM).
- Technicien Mécanique : S’occupe des outils de forage.
- Technicien de Service WHE : Focalisé sur l’équipement de tête de puits.

📝 Description du poste : The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of equipment as per operational demands. The Maintenance Technician improves maintenance related nonproductive time ratio of the Division’s assets within the Maintenance Base (MB) and improves maintenance efficiency and people productivity.Maintain assigned equipment according to the pertinent maintenance program and compliant with the reliability centered maintenance strategy through adherence to the Computerized Maintenance Management System and standard work.
Adhere to transactional discipline within Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) business systems to record materials and supplies, labor costs and equipment maintenance performance history such as movements, work orders, parts used and time to maintain.
Comply with Division TLM standards.
Participate in the continuous improvement culture, initiatives and improvement plans within the MB to improve asset utilization and cost of service delivery (CoSD).
Participate in continuous improvement efforts to improve asset turnaround time, which includes reducing downtime due to maintenance, parts and return authorization numbers, failures and work-in-process.
Support continuous improvement efforts to improve the efficiency and productivity of Maintenance Technicians.
Implement CoSD projects, such as the planned repair and reuse of parts.
Participate in failure investigations as assigned.
