Learn more atWe are searching for the best talent for Digital Marketing Manager / Associate Digital Marketing Manager to be in Seoul.Purpose: The Surgery Digital Marketing Manager/Associate manager plays a key role in leading cross-functional digital projects and customer-centric marketing strategies. The position focuses on performance marketing, Customer-targeted CRM, content creation, and data-driven insights, with special initiatives involving digital platform-based engagement and medical device industry-specific communications.You will be responsible for:

  • Digital marketing project Strategy & Execution
  • Customer engagement via targeted platform: Design and manage customer journeys across targeted platform including personalized messaging, chatbot operation and mini-sites
  • Increase digital touchpoints and engagement rate through context-driven interactions
  • Project management & cross-functional leadership:
  • lead digital initiatives across internal stakeholders, agencies and product teams
  • Oversee timelines, deliverables, and reporting for multi-channel marketing projects
  • Manage end-to-end digital transformation projects related to customer engagement
  • Content strategy for medical stakeholders
  • Co-Develop customer-friendly digital content (video, infographics, case studies, e-leaflets) to educate and influence key decision-makers in medical device industry
  • Tailor messaging for diverse healthcare stakeholders including surgeons, nurses, and procurement teams
  • Set and track performance KPIs
  • Manage digital contents calendar and lead execution

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 8-13 years of marketing experience in Consumer / Consumer Health / Pharmaceutical industry
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Superior communication and presentation abilities
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Strong project management skills and ability to multitask
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment
