Positions Available: 1Key ResponsibilitiesDesign of mechanical parts and equipment for industrial use3D modeling of components, assemblies, and fabrication drawings (SolidWorks or similar)Creation of BOMs (Bill of Materials)Site visits to take measurements of civil works and equipmentDrafting technical specifications and user manualsCommunication with clients, contractors, and suppliersSending out RFQs and reviewing quotationsPerforming quality control checks and assembling QCPs and data booksAssisting in the fabrication and assembly of designed partsHands-on work required during installation and testing phasesMinimum RequirementsMechanical National Diploma / N6 / NQF6Valid Drivers License (Code 08)Computer literateExcellent technical and spatial understandingGood written and verbal communication skillsExperience3D Mechanical DesignExposure to fabrication and/or manufacturing environmentsWorking with mechanical componentsSkills and AttributesCreativity and practical problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and under pressureWillingness to travel and work on-siteAttention to detail and quality assuranceDesign the future, one component at a time!
