Ce stage représente une opportunité pour devenir un partenaire stratégique dans la création de valeur pour les parties prenantes, en utilisant des données pour fournir des recommandations précieuses visant à améliorer l’opération des services de livraison de DiDi au Mexique.

Responsabilités Clés

1. **Amélioration de la Visibilité des Données :**
– Collaborer avec l’équipe expérience client et d’autres parties prenantes pour cerner leurs besoins en données.
– Concevoir et développer des rapports et systèmes d’alerte pour un meilleur accès à l’information commerciale.
– Affiner et mettre à jour les rapports de manière continue pour s’adapter aux exigences commerciales en évolution.

2. Documenter les Insights et Meilleures Pratiques :

   • Organiser des sessions de formation pour favoriser une culture de décision basée sur les données.
   • Assister les équipes de processus métiers et autres intervenants par la création de manuels et de documentation pour une utilisation appropriée des rapports.

3. Apprentissage des Outils de BI :

   • Acquérir une expérience pratique avec les outils de business intelligence (SQL, Python, Excel, créateurs de tableaux de bord).
   • Aider les membres de l’équipe BI dans la recherche qualitative pour mieux comprendre la voix du client.
   • Observer et apprendre des pratiques exemplaires en analyse des données et reporting.

Qualifications Requises

– Intérêt manifeste pour les rôles fournissant des insights basés sur les données.
– Statut d’étudiant actif en ingénierie, mathématiques, finances, économie, actuariat ou disciplines affines.
– Aisance avec Excel et connaissances de base en SQL, Python ou R souhaitées.
– Compétences en communication et en travail d’équipe, passion pour les chiffres et l’amélioration continue sont des atouts.

Role Responsibilities:Enhancing Data Visibility

• Collaborate with the CX team and other internal stakeholders to understand their data needs, under the guidance of the team leader.
• Design and develop reports and alert systems to improve access to key business information.
• Continuously refine and update reports to align with evolving business requirements.

Document Insights & best practices

• Conduct training sessions to help users leverage reports for business insights and foster a data-driven decision-making culture.
• Support Business Process teams and other stakeholders by integrating user manuals and documentation to ensure proper report usage.

Learn and Apply BI tools

• Gain hands-on experience with business intelligence tools (SQL, Python, Excel, Dashboards creators) to generate insights.
• Assist BI team members in qualitative research and analysis to better understand the voice of the customer.
• Observe and learn from experienced BI team members to understand best practices in data analysis and reporting.
• Support the team in organizing and preparing datasets for analysis.

Role Qualifications:

• Interest in roles providing data-driven insights to organizations (Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Business Consulting)
• Preferred Background: Active student of a bachelor in Engineering, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, Actuary and other affine disciplines
• Passion for Continuous Improvement
• Passion for numbers
• Communication and Team Work skills
• Basic Excel,
• Basic SQL,
• Plus: Python, R
• Fluency in English.
