Description du poste
Nous recherchons un Spécialiste en Licences et Facturation Microsoft 365 possédant une expertise technique et une connaissance approfondie des licences Microsoft 365. Le candidat idéal a une expérience directe avec l’équipe de facturation de Microsoft. Si vous n’avez pas de pratique dans ce domaine, il est important de comprendre que ce poste peut ne pas vous convenir.
Responsabilités clés
- Gérer et optimiser les licences Microsoft 365 au sein de l’organisation.
- Assurer la conformité avec les accords et politiques de licences Microsoft.
- Offrir un soutien technique et des conseils sur les questions de licences Microsoft 365.
- Collaborer avec l’équipe de facturation de Microsoft pour résoudre les demandes de facturation et les incohérences.
- Analyser l’utilisation des licences pour identifier des opportunités d’économies.
- Rester à jour concernant les dernières modifications et mises à jour des licences Microsoft 365.
- Développer et maintenir la documentation relative aux processus de licences et de facturation Microsoft 365.
Profil recherché
- Expérience avérée en licences et facturation Microsoft 365.
- Connaissance approfondie des modèles de licences Microsoft 365.
- Expérience de collaboration avec l’équipe de facturation de Microsoft.
- Compétences analytiques et de résolution de problèmes solides.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
- Diplômes ou certifications pertinents en Microsoft 365 (par exemple, Microsoft Certified: Fundamentals, Associate ou Expert).
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
