Responsabilités :
- Développement de cadres analytiques complexes : Conception d’outils permettant d’analyser et d’évaluer l’impact des solutions proposées sur les objectifs organisationnels.
- Mentorat et formation : Accompagnement des collègues dans l’adoption de techniques analytiques et de stratégies créatives de résolution de problèmes.
- Promotion des solutions technologiques : Faciliter la prise de décision informée tout en améliorant l’efficacité opérationnelle.
Le candidat idéal sera reconnu pour sa capacité à influencer le changement organisationnel, à encourager l’autonomie et l’innovation, et à proposer des initiatives transformant les processus existants.
Compétences requises
Formation :
- Éducation requise : Diplôme de premier cycle (Bachelor’s Degree).
Connaissances Techniques :
- Expérience significative dans la conception et la vente de solutions de modernisation basées sur les produits Microsoft.
- Connaissances des stratégies commerciales et de financement liées à Microsoft.
