The Lifetime Value Co. (LTV) recherche un Ingénieur Full-Stack pour renforcer son équipe. Ce rôle est centré sur le développement de nouvelles fonctionnalités tout en assurant le soutien et la maintenance des systèmes existants. Le candidat idéal collaborera étroitement avec des équipes interdisciplinaires pour garantir un code de qualité, évolutif et maintenable.
Responsabilités clés :
- Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités et outils en lien avec les objectifs de l’équipe Compliance.
- Maintenir, améliorer et résoudre les problèmes des systèmes existants.
- Collaborer avec des équipes produit, design et QA pour livrer un logiciel de haute qualité.
- Écrire un code propre, bien testé et documenté.
- Utiliser des outils d’IA comme Cursor pour faciliter le développement et résoudre des problèmes.
- Participer aux revues de code et fournir des retours constructifs.
- Identifier les opportunités d’améliorations techniques et de refactoring.
- Se tenir informé des meilleures pratiques et des technologies émergentes en développement web.
Compétences requises :
- Au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans le développement d’applications web avec Ruby on Rails.
- Excellente maîtrise de Ruby, des conventions Rails et de l’architecture MVC.
- Compétence en bases de données relationnelles, notamment MySQL.
- Capacité à écrire du code propre, maintenable et testable.
- Connaissance des technologies front-end comme JavaScript, HTML, CSS (l’expérience avec React ou des frameworks similaires est un plus).
- Compréhension des API RESTful et de l’intégration de services tiers.
- Maîtrise des systèmes de contrôle de version, en particulier Git.
- Aptitude à dépanner, déboguer et optimiser les performances des applications existantes.
- Confort dans les environnements Agile/Scrum.
- Compétences en communication et collaboration efficaces.
- Langue : Anglais – Niveau avancé.

The Lifetime Value Co. is looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to join our team. This role involves contributing to the development of new features while also supporting and maintaining existing systems. This person will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
