We combine our expertise in iGaming software development with advanced technologies to develop original software such as sports statistics, risk analysis, security. In most cases, we deal with atypical projects for the market, try to find and generate new technology-based solutions in our field.

- 3-4 years of experience as a Product Manager;
- Proven experience with consumer-facing web or mobile applications;
- Strong knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in mobile and web design;
- Demonstrated experience in effectively describing and communicating product requirements to the team;
- Experience in tracking and analyzing user behavior using analytics platforms;
- Experience working with and balancing the needs of a wide variety of stakeholders;
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills;
- Understanding of the cryptocurrency market;
- Proficiency in English, at least at a B2 level.
Nice to haves:
- Experience with crypto, trading, or fintech products;
- Experience with bringing a new product to the market;
- Profound understanding of cryptocurrency exchange platform products.
Main responsibilities:
- Leading the product discovery in order to find key pain points and opportunities within the existing product;
- Leading one product team within the crypto exchange platform;
- Collaborate with business process owners and clients to understand their needs and objectives;
- Define, describe, and effectively communicate product requirements to the team and other departments in the company;
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business goals;
- Take ownership of product enhancements and manage new feature launches from start to finish;
- Coordinate with other product managers in the stream;
- Collaborate with Architects and Delivery Managers to assess requirements and estimate product delivery timelines.
