You will be responsible for the growth strategy of the MPL. We’re proud of that and we see it as a genuine source of strength for building high performing teams.Key responsibilities:Oversee and coordinate the product’s strategic growth initiatives globally to the annual budgeted revenues and volumes for the assigned market.Participate in and contribute to establishing the Go-to-Market and Pricing strategy of the assigned market segment.Within an assigned market segment, coordinate the price setting process across the product in line the products pricing strategy, including pricing for large strategic RFQ opportunities with focus on KC and Runway customers or customers with global footprint.Lead stakeholder to commercial, sales/marketing enablement and verticals on supporting commercial with winning market driven solutions for MPL.Consolidate and share market information including market development, competition, customer and pricing trends for assigned market segment.Participate/Influence and contribute to the annual sales target setting process for the assigned market in alignment with regions including ensuring the adequate sales pipeline is maintained, to deliver the growth targets.Responsible for conversion ratio performance of the MPL product family for targets customers in assigned market segment.Ensure consistent monthly delivery of budgeted GP and volume numbers for the product by active monitoring of the global sales pipeline including achieved business wins and conversion ratios across all sales channels for the assigned market.Proactive engagement with sales to support to select targets and build quality sales bridge.Secure high business win ratio through proactive engagement on targeted opportunities.We are looking for:Graduate student from a Professional Bachelor’s in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or related areas.5+ years of experience in logistics and extensive technical product knowledge, including experience in product pricing and go-to-market strategiesExperience in customer-facing engagements and presentations.Understanding of the key profitability drivers in logistics and supply chain management.Strong ability to facilitate cross-functional decision-making and execution.Strong communication and presentation skills.Experience working in MS Office.
