The team provides day-to-day responsive repairs, from broken door handles to roof maintenance. No two days are the same, and if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d like to hear from you.We’re expanding our team and have a new opportunity for Multi-Skilled Plumber to join our Empty Homes & Repairs Team covering our homes in Gloucestershire and the surrounding areas. This is a full time, permanent vacancy, working 39 hours per week.What we’re looking for:We’re a customer-focused organisation so we know that how we do things is just as important as what we do. You’ll not only be a fully qualified and experienced Plumber but you’ll also have great customer service skills and a willingness to go the extra mile to provide a high-quality service in compliance with relevant procedures and legislation.Essential Skills/Experience:
- Demonstrable experience within the Plumbing trade.
- Various multi-trade skills and experience, sufficient to enable the completion of repairs at the first visit (first time fix).
- Experience of working in a customer focused environment
- Proven ability to work methodically, follow agreed procedures & accurately record information.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, demonstrating organisational & time management skills.
- Ability to make decisions and solve problems, seeking any advice required.
- Ability to carry out physical tasks and lift weights in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines
Essential Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 (City & Guilds) Trade Qualification or equivalent recognised competency in the Plumbing trade.
- A full current driving licence is needed so you can drive one of our vans when necessary.
In return for your hard we offer:
- Salary of £36,838 per annum
- Out of hours call out duties on a rota basis paid at £524 per week.
