Description du poste : The National On Premise Manager is responsible for the Slovak market, focusing on enhancing the brand image and increasing Red Bull’s presence and consumption in the On Premise (HORECA) channel. This role involves defining strategies and structuring teams to create the national business plan. The manager, along with their team, optimizes sales and brand visibility in the On Premise channel. As the leader of the On Premise team and a member of the Red Bull Slovak Board Team, the manager acts as a brand ambassador 24/7 to the team and the On Premise network. RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we’ll trust you with: Expand allSTRATEGIC BUSINESS PLANNING AND EXECUTIONTake full responsibility for developing the national On Premise business plan to meet ambitious company goals. Create and implement innovative strategies and ensure top-down execution of the business plan. Evaluate progress regularly by spending time in the field and setting up appropriate KPIs. Establish effective route planning for optimal coverage and execution. Manage the team to drive both horizontal and vertical growth. Stay well-informed about market dynamics by spending time in the field, securing existing execution, and identifying new opportunities for Red Bull.KEY ACCOUNT MANAGEMENTDrive current and future distribution and sales of the Red Bull product portfolio at Key Accounts in Slovakia. Maximize business opportunities profitably while developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with top On Premise customers. Build strategies based on industry and consumer insights to ensure continuous brand development.Be a business partner to VIP On Premise customers, plan contracts, negotiate optimal business outcomes, and manage CSR activities.THE TEAM LEADERBuild and maintain a strong, effective team. Lead and coach direct reports to increase productivity and engagement. Set and evaluate KPIs for direct reports and team members. Take ownership of the national training plan, ensuring benchmark-level training and coaching for continuous team development. Regularly assess team skills and adjust plans to meet targets. Prepare for team succession to ensure ongoing development.ON PREMISE MARKETING & EVENT MANAGEMENTDevelop marketing and event strategies with the On Premise Trade Marketing Specialist that meet market needs and align with international guidelines. Ensure effective use of marketing tools and integrate the brand into the On Premise universe.BUDGET PLANNING & DATA MANAGEMENT & REPORTINGAllocate the On Premise budget efficiently according to the business plan. Manage resources such as budget, contracts, and POS material effectively. Perform ongoing analysis of market research, KPIs, and reporting tools with an action-oriented mindset.EXPERIENCEYour areas of knowledge and expertisethat matter most for this role:
- Strong knowledge of the Slovak On Premise (Horeca) channel with a robust network of contacts and proven experience in the field
- Exceptional negotiating skills
- Clear understanding of markets, sales & distribution, competitor activity, consumer behaviour in FMCG context
- Proven experience as a People Manager, having successfully led and developed teams
- Commercial acumen – deep understanding of sales processes, financial systems, insights, and best practices; strategic and innovative commercial awareness
- Strategic ability – capable of developing specific, valuable, innovative and commercially focused strategies, while also grasping the ‘bigger picture’
- Strong analytical capability
- Excellent presentation skills – able to provide highly relevant and commercially viable strategies/processes in a clear, concise, and empowering way
- Growth mindset
- Fluent in English; native speaker of Slovak or Czech
- Driving License B
- Travel 40-50%
