Oracle NetSuite has a number of modules including: Finance, Inventory Management, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, CRM, Procurement, HR Management, E-Commerce and Project Management!We are hiring for a fluent Swedish Sales Manager, to manage the new business sales team, managing 8 sales reps.6-10 years ERP/Financial software sales experience is required as well as Managerial experience for 2 + yearsResponsibilities:What you’ll doThis role is a managerial position responsible for a team of 8, covering net new logos for the Noridcs.Each rep is responsible for hunting new logos across the Nordic territories and as the Sales Manager you will be responsible for coaching, upskilling and driving team revenue.NetSuite is a volume business, so the successful candidate would ideally have experience of managing high volumes of activities and transactions. The direct sales organisation drives significant growth across the NetSuite organisation, so this leader must have experience of building and executing upon a winning customer strategy. This requires high energy, motivational skills, organisation and focus.Consistent business development and pipeline generation is critical, and an obsession with systems excellence, and the ability to demonstrate team success by performance metrics is vital to support the scale of this team.The successful candidate will also have excellent team development skills, with the ability to build and monitor career development aspiration plans across the team. ‘Candidates are required to have ERP/Financial software sales experience, as well as team leadership and managerial experience.*This role is required in Solna 3 days per week.#LI-HybridQualifications:Career Level – M3About Us:As a world leader in cloud solutions, Oracle uses tomorrow’s technology to tackle today’s challenges.
