SOS International (SOSi) recrute un Administrateur Réseau pour rejoindre son équipe à Canberra. Responsabilités Principales

En tant qu’Administrateur Réseau, vos missions incluent, sans s’y limiter :

• Surveillance, maintenance et assurance de la disponibilité des réseaux selon les normes DoD.
• Gestion des composants réseau : LAN, WAN, protocoles de télécommunications, VoIP, et dispositifs cryptographiques.
• Configuration et maintien des équipements Cisco (routeurs, commutateurs, dispositifs ASA).
• Support et dépannage du protocole de frontière externe (eBGP) dans un environnement Palo Alto.
• Mise en œuvre de méthodes de cryptage CSfC et Taclane pour protéger les données sensibles.
• Gestion des systèmes CUCM et VTC pour assurer des services de communication fiables.
• Collaboration avec l’équipe des solutions inter-domaines pour faciliter le partage sécurisé d’informations.
• Participation à la coordination de projet en collaboration avec l’équipe de gestion de projet.
• Communication constante avec les points de contact et les clients pour répondre à leurs besoins en réseau.

Qualifications Requises

Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :

• Autorisation de sécurité TOP SECRET en vigueur.
• Bachelor en IT, Réseau ou domaine similaire, accompagné de 4 ans d’expérience ou 8+ ans en administration réseau.
• Certifications DoD 8570 IAT-II (ex : CCNA-Security, Security+ CE).
• Obtention du CCNA de Cisco dans les 6 mois suivant l’embauche.
• Excellentes connaissances sur les technologies Cisco, réseaux sécurisés, et environnements VDI.
• Solides compétences en résolution de problèmes et dépannage réseau.
• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes.
• Disponibilité pour un support 24/7 si nécessaire.

Qualifications Préférées

Des qualifications supplémentaires incluent :

• Certification CCNA Cisco.
• Certaines certifications IT pertinentes, notamment en sécurité réseau.
• Expérience avec des infrastructures virtuelles et des déploiements VoIP.
• Connaissance de l’environnement de travail du DoD et des meilleures pratiques ITIL.

📝 Description du poste : Overview:SOSi) seeks a Network Administrator to join our team at Canberra, AUS. As a Network Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining and supporting network operation, maintenance, and security, ensuring DoD compliance. Our team, based in Honolulu, Hawaii, creates, manages, and supports IT solutions for USINDOPACOM, its mission, and its 5,000+ customers throughout the Pacific theater. We tackle challenging technical problems critical to enabling USINDOPACOM’s realization of time sensitive C2 strategies. Responsibilities:As a Network Administrator at SOSi, you will work within the Network Operations team to provide essential support within the USINDOPACOM Area-of-Responsibility (AOR). Your role includes monitoring, maintaining, and ensuring network availability, all while adhering to DoD regulations. You will be responsible for managing various network components, including LAN, BAN, WAN, telecommunications/transport protocols, Unified Communications/VoIP/Video Teleconferencing (VTC), WAN accelerators, load-balancers, firewalls, and cryptographic devices.

• Configures and maintains Cisco routers, switches, Adaptive Security Appliances (ASAs), Taclane encryption devices, and Cisco Voice over IP (VoIP) systems to support efficient data flow within the network, while following established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs) when necessary.
• Supports and troubleshoots External Border Gateway Protocol (eBGP) routing within a Palo Alto environment.
• Implements and provides oversight of Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) and Taclane encryption methods to protect sensitive data.
• Provides essential support in the maintenance of VDI environments, ensuring efficient and secure user access.
• Manages Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Video Teleconferencing systems (VTC)s, and other Cisco VoIP systems to ensure reliable communication services.
• Reviews and troubleshoots network transport and protocol related issues.
• Collaborates with the Cross-Domain Solutions team to facilitate secure information sharing across security domains.
• Participates in project coordination alongside the project management team to ensure successful project execution.
• Liaises with POCs and customers to understand their network needs and assists in providing appropriate solutions.
• Diligently follows guidance and direction from the Network Operations Lead, Deputy, and Operations Manager, adhering to established standards and procedures for network administration.
• Participates in related solution technologies and special projects, as required.

Qualifications:

• Active in-scope TOP SECRET clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking, or similar, and 4 years of related experience or 8+ years of experience in network administration.
• DoD 8570 IAT-II compliant (CCNA-Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, SSCP)
• Obtain Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) within 6 months of hire.
• Strong knowledge in Cisco routers, switches, ASA, Palo Alto firewalls, CSfC, Taclane encryption methods, VDI environments, Cross-Domain Solutions, CUCM, and VTCs.
• Knowledge of network security best practices and compliance standards including government Secure Technical Implementation Guidelines (STIGs).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot network issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing network requirements, and effectively communicate with POCs and customers.
• Able to support 24/7 operations (including support to exercises), when necessary.
• Able to follow instructions and work both independently and in a (distributed) team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification.
• Relevant IT certifications, particularly related to Cisco and network security (e.g., Cisco, Palo Alto, ITIL).
• Familiarity with Department of Defense (DoD) protocols and procedures.
• Experience with virtual infrastructure, VDI/thin-client, and VoIP deployments.
• Knowledge of Forcepoint, Juniper, and other network technologies.
• Proficient in Help Desk and software applications (Jira, Service Now, Remedy).
• Awareness of Command and Control (C2) applications.
• Experience in ITIL framework and best practices (e.g., Change Management, Configuration Management, Incident Management, Capacity Planning)
• Customer-service oriented with a willingness to participate and assist.

• Potential for non-traditional working hours, including consecutive nights and weekends
• Occasional travel to locations within the supported Area-of-Responsibility (AOR)
