Description du poste

Nous recherchons un Networks Planning & Projects Specialist MV/LV pour rejoindre le département EMC MV/LV South – Obras Évora. Ce poste clé implique de participer à la gestion et à l’optimisation des opérations de transmission et de distribution électrique en assurant le suivi et la coordination des demandes de connexion au réseau.

Responsabilités principales

Les missions du spécialiste incluent :

• Gestion des demandes : Répondre aux demandes de connexion au réseau en collaboration avec les équipes de projet MV et LV, le centre de programmation ainsi que la gestion clientèle.
• Coordination des travaux : Assurer la livraison des demandes de connexion et des travaux d’investissement aux prestataires de services.
• Suivi de l’exécution : Surveiller l’avancement des travaux sur le terrain, en contrôlant les délais et en garantissant la qualité de l’exécution.
• Analyse prévisionnelle : Identifier les besoins et proposer des améliorations au réseau pour de nouveaux investissements, en analysant proactivement le portefeuille de travaux.
• Collaboration multidisciplinaire : Travailler en soutien aux équipes de projet pour la mise en place des projets de réseau MV et LV.

Profil recherché

Les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :

• Qualifications : Diplôme en ingénierie électrotechnique (bachelor ou master).
• Expérience : Entre 3 et 6 ans dans des rôles liés au réseau électrique.
• Compétences techniques : Connaissance des logiciels SAP et des outils bureautiques, ainsi que du design MV et LV.
• Compétences personnelles : Capacité à résoudre des problèmes, sens du service client, esprit d’amélioration continue, et compétences analytiques.
• Mobilité : Permis de conduire et disponibilité pour des déplacements dans la zone d’influence.

• Ensure response to Network Connection Requests, together with the MV and LV Project areas, Programming Center and Customer Management area;
• Ensure delivery of Network Connection Request and Investment works to the Service Provider;
• Ensure execution and monitoring of works in the field, both Network Connection Requests and Investment works, ensuring control of deadlines, unblocking of problems, quality of execution and updating of corporate systems;
• Supervise the progress of work in the field and monitor the availability and capacity of External Service Providers, coordinating with the Programming Center area to adjust the works portfolio;
• Provide support to the project areas during the preparation of MV and LV Network Projects;
• Identify needs and propose improvements/development of the Network for new investments;
• Analyze the portfolio of works in a predictive manner with a view to medium-term management of the work to be carried out by External Service Providers and compliance with the area’s annual investment objectives;
• Collaborate in responding to customer requests;
• Collaborate in network support and integrate an availability scale.

• Bachelor or master’s degree in Electrotechnical Engineering;
• Professional experience of between 3 and 6 years;
• Professional experience in roles related to the Electrical Grid;
• Knowledge of SAP software and Office tools;
• Knowledge about MV and LV network design;
• Knowledge of SIT-DM and ProGest 2.0 is valued;
• Driving license and availability to travel within the area of influence;
• Skills such as problem-solving ability, customer focus, continuous improvement, analytical capacity and risk assessment are valued.
