Le/La spécialiste en développement de nouveaux produits (NPD) sera intégré(e) dans l’équipe NPD et se rapportera au responsable du Processus du Centre NPD. La personne sélectionnée sera responsable de la gestion des projets NPD pour le marché assigné, en considérant les réglementations globales et locales. Les principales responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion des projets NPD : Conception et mise en œuvre de nouveaux produits et modifications d’emballages, tout en respectant les délais et le budget.
- Coopération avec les équipes transversales : Coordination avec R&D, Supply Chain Mondiale, et Marketing & Ventes pour assurer l’exécution fluide des projets.
- Suivi et mise à jour des données : Utilisation des systèmes PLM pour suivre les progrès, fournir des mises à jour de statut, et gérer le flux de travail MyJTI.
Compétences et Qualifications
Pour postuler, les candidats doivent répondre aux critères suivants :
- Formation : Diplôme universitaire en management, statistiques, ingénierie ou domaine équivalent.
- Expérience : Minimum de 3 ans dans le secteur des FMCG, en développement de nouveaux produits, marketing ou gestion de projets.
- Compétences techniques : Excellente connaissance des systèmes PLM et SAP, ainsi que des outils bureautiques avancés tels que MS Office.
- Compétences interpersonnelles : Capacité à gérer plusieurs projets, à travailler en équipe, et à communiquer efficacement en anglais, tant à l’oral qu’à l’écrit.

Reporting to New Product Development Center Process Manager Duty Post GBS Manila Contract Duration 12 months New Product Development Specialist – Temporary The NPD Team plans and manages NPD projects according to company policy, annual plans, and market requirements, considering global and local regulations to advance JTI products. The incumbent will manage NPD projects for the assigned market, focusing on packaging, product changes, new formats, cost planning, Limited Edition Packs, and new product introductions, while coordinating with R&D, Global Supply Chain, and Marketing & Sales to ensure timely and budget-compliant implementation. As the NPD Specialist in GBS Manila , you will Execute NPD projects related to product and packaging changes within the PLM system, coordinating with stakeholders, tracking progress, and providing status updates. Prepare preliminary info, coordinate bar-code assignments, lead kick-off meetings, and track lead-times for various project steps. Manage the end-to-end NPD process, ensuring timely execution and tracking project timelines. Coordinate NPD meetings, update related data, and manage MyJTI workflow, keeping key stakeholders informed of any delays or issues. Take responsibility for PLM-related questions, support assigned markets, deliver system/process updates to users, and communicate with the PLM Governance Team on related issues. Coordinate Production Designs and track layout revisions per JTI Design Guide and Market requirements, support Brand Groups with Market simulations, and conduct follow-throughs during Barrel Proofs, Color matching, and Quality Releases. Take part in the ASP portfolio collection process by supporting and providing related activities to the assigned markets. Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request. Requirements Bachelor / University Degree in Management, Statistics or Engineering, or equivalent. Must have business & marketing background. 3 years of proven experience in FMCG in New Product Development (NPD), Marketing or project management roles, with proven track record in cross-functional projects. In-depth understanding of overall JTI NPD (New product development) process and PLM system is essential. Required strong experience and knowledge of packaging and product development. Must have expertise in SAP, PLM and other similar systems. Fluent in English, both written and verbal MS Office advanced, PLM (product lifecycle management). Good interpersonal and project management skills; ability to handle multiple projects and providing NPD expert advice.
