Descriptif du Poste

Titre du Poste : Night Manager

Mission Principale : Le Night Manager représentera la direction nocturne de l’établissement, veillant à assurer un fonctionnement fluide et efficace de l’hôtel.

Responsabilités

• Supervision Nocturne : Représenter la direction pendant la nuit et garantir le bon déroulement des opérations.
• Accueil Clients : Maintenir une attitude positive et amicale, même en période de défi.
• Gestion Comptable : S’occuper de la comptabilité des clients et s’assurer de la précision des facturations.
• Gestion d’Équipe : Encadrer l’équipe nocturne, en favorisant motivation et performance.
• Sécurité : Assurer la sécurité des clients durant la nuit.

Qualifications Requises

Le candidat idéal doit faire preuve d’un véritable engagement pour l’hospitalité et d’une capacité à créer des expériences mémorables pour les clients. Les compétences suivantes sont souhaitées :

• Expérience dans un rôle similaire avec un historique d’excellence dans les opérations de réception.

📝 Description du poste : Company DescriptionThe Hoxton is gearing up to open its very first hotel in Ireland in the beautiful capital city of Dublin. This coastal city is steeped in history, packed with green parks and brought to life through music, art and the best social eating and drinking. We’ll be calling central Dublin home but first we need to pull together a team to help us bring the Hox to this new market.
The Hoxton, Dublin will be home to 129 bedrooms of varying sizes, a lobby bar, historic bar, large ground floor restaurant and lobby restaurant, in addition to another first for us – a nightclub.Job Description

• Represent management during the night and be responsible for the smoothing running of the hotel.
• Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
• Deal with the in-house guests accounting and ensure the accuracy of guest billing.
• Operationally manage the hotel during the night to ensure guests are well cared for.
• Ensure the accuracy of data in all systems and provide the necessary daily reports for all departments.
• Manage the daily overbooking levels and liaise with all departments to ensure maximum occupancy.
• Ensure all telephone calls are answered as quickly and efficiently as possible.
• Maintain observation over guests and guests’ property to ensure security alerts are kept to a minimum.
• Lead your night team by example, keeping them involved and motivated; help them feel empowered and supported, confident in providing top experiences for our guests and comfortable turning to you with questions.
• Set stretching but realistic objectives for the team to ensure maximum occupancy and 100% guest satisfaction levels.
• Ensure the integrity of the public area and back of house areas are maintained at all times, with deficiencies corrected immediate.
• Be responsible for closing of the day and prepare and verify reception reports.
• Carrying out the night audit procedures accurately, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring quick resolution.
• Ensure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep.
