Description du Poste
Au sein de la toute nouvelle pratique de Strategic Analytics and Insights, votre rôle consistera à :
- Concevoir des concepts et produits innovants pour les clients, tout en optimisant leur stratégie de média et leur exécution en magasin.
- Développer la pratique de consulting NIQ Next pour l’Europe de l’Est et dynamiser notre activité d’Innovation, notamment dans des secteurs comme les biens de consommation, le gaming, les services financiers, la restauration et les télécommunications.
- Collaborer avec diverses équipes pour identifier des opportunités d’engagements de consulting, définir la stratégie de mise sur le marché et gérer la relation client tout au long du processus.
Responsabilités
Les principales responsabilités de ce rôle comprendront :
- Identifier de manière proactive des opportunités de consultation NIQ Next.
- Définir et conduire la stratégie de mise sur le marché de l’Innovation.
- Répondre aux demandes des clients et gérer les attentes.
- Collaborer avec les leaders de marché et les équipes de succès client.
- Coordonner les besoins de données, l’analyse et les livrables avec tous les contributeurs.
Ce poste exige une collaboration étroite avec des collègues globaux et régionaux pour optimiser la demande des clients au sein des portefeuilles FMCG et T&D.
Exigences
Les candidats doivent avoir :
- Une expérience de 10 à 15 ans en *consulting* stratégique, en stratégies de marché ou d’innovation.
- Une expertise dans les secteurs FMCG ou de la technologie de consommation.
- Un excellent sens du client, avec une capacité à engager des discussions au niveau *C-suite*.
- Une aptitude avérée à créer de la valeur commerciale en comprenant les défis des clients.

📝 Description du poste : Job DescriptionWithin our newly formed Strategic Analytics and Insights practice we’re helping our clients develop the right concepts and products, understand their consumers, grow their brand, and optimize their media strategy/investments and instore execution.We are actively looking for a senior individual to lead our Consulting practice for Eastern Europe and drive our Innovation business.Innovation is expanding its footprint in Eastern Europe and into new industry verticals like Consumer Durables, Gaming, Financial Services, Restaurants, Telecom and many more. We are looking for an individual who will bring research selling experience and knowledge of any of the above-mentioned industries to drive our commercial strategy and sales and deliver against our plan.When you join the NIQ Innovation team, you’re signing up for an experience that requires agility, flexibility, curiosity, and passion.NIQ Next is our new consulting arm; it leverages our retail expertise, data assets, and custom consumer research to support our clients in some of their more complex and advanced business questions.Given the pivotal role of Innovation in our client’s strategy and the fact that this is just the starting point, we’re combining these two responsibilities into one Senior Sales role.RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively identify opportunities for NIQ Next consulting engagements
- Define and drive our Innovation go to market strategy
- Respond to client led enquiries and key business questions discovered through sales conversations and project deliveries
- Pro-actively approach prospects to drive demand.
- Design consulting or innovation solution proposed to client; create the required materials and related narrative to engage throughout the sales process
- Bring together different teams and allocate roles & responsibilities accordingly
- Manage the client, and their expectations, throughout the process
- Provide hands on development of sellers from an Innovation perspective and NIQ Next perspective, collaborate with market leaders, market sellers and customer success teams on projects
- Specific to Next: Co-ordinate data needs and access, analysis, and delivery outputs across the contributors. Design the final report, ensuring the quality of analysis, insight and storytelling.
Our Eastern European Lead for NIQ Next and Innovation will proactively align with global/regional commercial and consulting colleagues, as well as the respective local commercial stakeholders to drive client demand across our FMCG and T&D portfolio.Key tasks include the end-to-end management of opportunities, from need identification to sale conclusion, through co-ordination and excellence in delivery.In this role you will closely interact and align with Global and Regional Strategic Account Managers to develop joint account planning, deliver the NIQ next narrative to key clients, create value through our Next offering with cross-product/practices pitches and compelling proposals.Similarly, you will closely align with our regional and global innovation practice leader to define priorities, design sales campaigns, and inform product enhancements.REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 10/15 years of strategic business consulting experience in market, brand and consumer strategies and/or in Innovation
- Experience in FMCG and/or consumer tech & durable industry is a clear plus
- Great in pitch support, project management, presentations and in conceptualizing and facilitation of external workshops
- Very strong customer focus with clear track record to create business value
- Ability to engage client conversations on C-levels and to relate client needs to NIQ’s capabilities
- Strong networker and team player quickly building rapport with key internal & external stakeholder
- Strong commercial mindset, driving business results
- Strong ability to understand client challenges and see new opportunities through NIQ data and insights by combining different NIQ data sources and solutions
