Description du poste
IFS Aerospace and Defense recherche un Senior Aerospace & Defense Application Consultant pour se joindre à son équipe. Ce poste exige une personne dynamique et ambitieuse capable de réaliser des mises en œuvre de produits IFS, en collaborant directement avec des clients et des partenaires dans le secteur de l’Aéronautique et de la Défense. Vous aurez également l’occasion de travailler au sein d’équipes géographiquement distribuées, offrant ainsi une exposition internationale durant la mise en œuvre de projets et leur exécution commerciale.
Tâches et responsabilités
- Accompagnement client : Conseiller les clients sur l’amélioration de leurs opérations grâce à une compréhension approfondie des solutions IFS et des accélérateurs sectoriels.
- Analyse des besoins : Comprendre les besoins métiers spécifiques à l’Aéronautique et à la Défense en tenant compte des pratiques locales.
- Conseiller de confiance : Évaluer des solutions métiers personnalisées et orienter les clients dans la définition de leurs besoins.
- Formation et support : Animer des sessions de formation et des ateliers pour les clients, et les aider avec les stratégies de mise en œuvre.
- Amélioration continue : Contribuer à la continuité des améliorations des produits, processus et méthodologies IFS.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme : Formation en Ingénierie, Business, Technologies de l’information ou équivalent.
- Expérience : Historique prouvé dans la livraison de solutions Aéronautiques et Défense.
- Compétences : Capacité à diriger et influencer des équipes ainsi qu’à comprendre les besoins spécifiques des clients.
- Langue : Maîtrise de l’anglais, à l’oral comme à l’écrit.
- Mobilité : Disponibilité pour des déplacements au niveau national et international.
Connaissances préférées
- Connaissance des produits IFS et mise en œuvre réussie dans des environnements Cloud.
- Expérience dans le secteur Aéronautique et Défense, avec les habilitations de sécurité appropriées.

Join Team Purple. Join IFS.Job DescriptionIFS Aerospace and Defense is seeking a dynamic and ambitious individual to join our team as a Senior Aerospace & Defense Application Consultant. You will be at the forefront of IFS product implementations working directly with IFS customers and partners on cutting edge industry solutions in the Aerospace & Defense sector. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to work with geographically distributed teams around the globe which will provide you with international exposure through project implementation and commercial execution.To be successful in the role, you will have a background of successful project implementations and enjoy being the key functional expert in the Aerospace and Defense domain. You will be responsible for combining industry knowledge with IFS best practices to guide the customer through the implementation of core IFS business solutions.Tasks include:
- Guiding our customers to improve their business through a deep understanding of the core IFS solution and industry accelerators.
- Understanding the customer’s Aerospace and Defense business, industry and local asset, service and maintenance practices and policies.
- Acting as a trusted advisor in articulating and critically evaluating customer-specific business solutions.
- Seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships.
- Understanding customer business needs and guiding them in the most effective usage of IFS Products.
- Steering and owning the solution definition and scope for the A&D portion of the IFS Solution.
- Identifying and bridging the gap between the customer’s business needs and IFS Products.
- Conducting customer training sessions and workshops.
- Guiding and assisting the customer with testing and Go Live cut-over strategies.
- Keeping up to date with regulatory and compliance needs of the A&D domain in the key focus industries.
- Managing, coaching and mentoring IFS colleagues.
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of existing IFS products, processes and methodology.
QualificationsRequested:
- An academic background in Engineering, Business, Information Technology or equivalent.
- Proven history delivering A&D Solutions in a similar role.
- Proven ability to lead and influence teams, colleagues, customers and partners.
- Ability to articulate and critically evaluate customer-specific business needs and solutions in a customer facing role.
- Expertise in business process mapping and deployment.
- Strong problem-solving ability, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
- Excellent social skills including stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills at the executive level.
- Ability to work independently and within a team setting.
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally.
Preferred:
- Knowledge and record of IFS products implementation.
- Industry-specific knowledge from target industries (Aerospace, Defense, Manufacturing, Engineering and Construction, Energy, Utilities and Resources)
- Proven history in Aerospace and Defense work with the appropriate security clearances.
Additional InformationIt would be advantageous if you have:
