Description du Poste
Le rôle de conducteur est essentiel pour représenter Oda auprès des clients. Les conducteurs feront partie d’une équipe dédiée, sous la supervision du Responsable des opérations de livraison et des chefs d’équipe sur site. Au-delà de la conduite, ce poste implique de nombreuses responsabilités, notamment :
- Livraison : Distribuer nourriture et colis aux clients.
- Efficacité et Qualité : Charger et décharger les marchandises, tout en assurant un service client de haut niveau.
- Entretien : Assurer la maintenance simple de la flotte de véhicules.
- Formation : Former de nouveaux conducteurs en situation réelle.
- Amélioration : Contribuer à l’optimisation des processus de livraison.
Compétences Requises
Pour réussir en tant que conducteur chez Oda, les candidats doivent posséder :
- Permis de conduire : Permis de classe B avec un minimum de 2 ans d’expérience.
- Langues : La maîtrise de l’anglais est essentielle, la connaissance du norvégien ou d’une autre langue nordique est un atout.

With our wide selection and competitive prices, we deliver to the doorsteps of thousands of Scandinavian homes every week.We are looking for drivers to work weekend shifts from our DIP in Hamar!As a driver with us, you play an essential role in representing Oda to our customers. You will be part of our dedicated team of drivers and report to the Delivery Operating Manager and Delivery Team Leaders on site. You’ll be delivering groceries and packages to our many customers in the area. We believe you’ll like working as a driver at Oda if you can manage your time effectively, work independently and in a team, and approach challenges with a solution-oriented mindset. Additionally, it would be best to enjoy being active, as this job involves a lot of physical activity, not only driving.
What you’ll be doing as a Driver 🚚Delivering food and packages to our customers.Maintain efficiency and quality in our work by loading and unloading goods, handling customers, and implementing routines and processes.Ensuring Customer service at the highest level.Be responsible for simple maintenance of the car fleet, such as changing light bulbs, topping up liquids, and keeping the cars clean and presentable at all times.Training new drivers on the road.Contributing to the improvement of driver routines and processes.
