Ce poste, destiné à une couverture maternité d’un an, requiert un **Conseiller en Communication Interne** au sein de l’unité Digital Solutions de DNV. Le candidat retenu fera partie de l’équipe Marketing & Communication, jouant un rôle déterminant dans la **culture organisationnelle et l’engagement des employés**. La collaboration avec l’équipe de direction et divers intervenants au sein de l’organisation mondiale de Digital Solutions sera essentielle pour **élaborer des récits stratégiques et fournir des conseils communicationnels**.
Le lieu de travail préféré est le siège de DNV, situé à Høvik, près d’Oslo, où la langue de travail sera l’anglais. L’équipe se compose de 21 professionnels en communication et marketing, intégrant un réseau international.
Missions Principales :
Les responsabilités incluent :
- Création de contenu engageant en anglais, tel que textes éditoriaux, présentations, vidéos, etc., pour renforcer la culture d’entreprise et atteindre les objectifs commerciaux.
- Élaboration de messages clairs qui traduisent des contenus complexes, afin d’aider les employés à comprendre et à s’aligner sur les objectifs à long terme.
- Partenariat stratégique avec l’équipe de direction pour transmettre des messages cohérents et proactifs.
- Planification et exécution des réunions Global Town Hall pour Digital Solutions.
- Gestion des canaux de communication internes, garantissant que le contenu reste pertinent et à jour.
Profil Recherché :
Le candidat idéal montrera les compétences suivantes :
- Expérience avérée en communication interne ou corporate.
- Diplôme de Bachelor ou Master en communication, marketing ou domaine pertinent.
- Compétences exceptionnelles en communication écrite et orale en anglais.
- Familiarité avec SharePoint Online pour la gestion de contenu intranet.
- Aptitude à la montage vidéo et narration visuelle.
- Capacité à travailler sous pression, tout en interagissant avec des niveaux supérieurs de direction.
- Approche créative et passion pour l’engagement des employés.

📝 Description du poste : We are seeking an Internal Communications Advisor for DNV’s business area Digital Solutions for a 1 year maternity cover.As an Internal Communications Advisor in Digital Solutions you will join our Marketing & Communications team and play a central role in shaping Digital Solutions’ culture and driving employee engagement. You will work closely with the Executive Leadership Team and collaborate with stakeholders across Digital Solutions’ global organisation to deliver strategic storytelling, communication advise, insight and analytics.You will be welcomed by a team of 21 marketing and communications professionals in DNV’s business area Digital Solutions and become part of a global network of marketing colleagues across DNV.
