Il s’agit d’une opportunité unique pour établir et diriger l’organisation des opérations et de la maintenance (O&M) d’un développeur majeur de projets d’exportation de GNL en Amérique du Nord utilisant la technologie FLNG.
Description du Poste
Responsabilités et Tâches :
Le candidat retenu aura pour mission de :
- Définir, développer et organiser tous les systèmes, outils, formations et le personnel nécessaires à l’O&M.
- Établir une organisation dédiée à O&M basée en Louisiane, afin de servir tous les navires FLNG.
- Participer à l’équipe de gestion du projet d’exécution de Delfin, avec la responsabilité de la pré-exploitation, y compris l’équipe de pré-exploitation.
- Assurer le management des sous-traitants et des fournisseurs clés, en établissant tous les contrats de service nécessaires.
- Gérer les interfaces opérationnelles avec l’exécution, la conformité réglementaire, la planification de la production et la performance, les ressources humaines, la comptabilité et le contrôle des coûts.
- Rendre compte au COO de Delfin Midstream.
La position se situe à Oslo, avec des déplacements internationaux à prévoir.
Profil Recherché
Expérience Professionnelle et Compétences :
Les candidats idéaux doivent présenter un bon mélange des compétences suivantes :
- Capacité à définir, développer et mettre en œuvre une organisation O&M.
- Minimum de 10 ans d’expérience dans les opérations et la maintenance offshore, incluant des rôles de management.
- Expérience dans les phases de pré-exploitation et dans les phases opérationnelles.
- Une expérience en (F)LNG est un atout, mais pas indispensable.
- Compétences interpersonnelles et style de leadership favorisant la collaboration entre l’ingénierie, les opérations et l’exécution.
- Excellentes compétences en communication et en coopération avec des équipes multiculturelles.
- Capacité d’engagement et propension à initier des actions.
Éducation :
- Master en discipline technique.

Delfin Midstream est une entreprise privée américaine propriétaire du projet « Delfin LNG ». Ce projet d’exportation de GNL, situé au large de la Louisiane, utilise la technologie FLNG pour produire du GNL à partir de gaz naturel américain. L’équipe technique est située en Norvège, responsable de l’ensemble des travaux de développement et d’exécution du projet, avec des équipes supplémentaires aux États-Unis et au chantier naval.

📝 Description du poste : Unique opportunity to establish and lead the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) organization for a leading developer of LNG export projects in North America using FLNGThe positionThe role – responsibilities and tasks:
- Define, develop and organize all the necessary O&M systems, tools, training and personnel
- Develop the O&M organization as a dedicated O&M organization based in Louisiana, servicing all the FLNG Vessels
- Participate in Delfin execution project management team with all pre-ops responsibility, including the pre-ops team
- Management/liaison with key sub-contractors and vendors and establish all necessary service and support contracts
- Management of operations interfaces to execution, regulatory compliance, production planning & performance, HR, accounting/cost control, etc.
- Report to the COO of Delfin Midstream
The position is located at the office in Oslo and international travel will be expected.The ideal candidate for the position will present a good combination of the following:WORK EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
- Necessary skillset and leadership to define, develop and implement an O&M organization
- Min. 10 years’ experience from offshore O&M, including management roles
- Experience from pre-ops phases and actual operations phases
- (F)LNG experience is good but not necessary
- Skills, attitude and a leader style to nurture collaboration between engineering – execution – operations
- Excellent communication and cooperation skills across teams with various cultural backgrounds
- Strong ability to engage and take initiatives
