Description du poste
Dans le cadre de son développement, Kongsberg Maritime AS recherche un Global Accounting Manager pour rejoindre son équipe financière centrale. Ce poste est essentiel pour la gestion financière globale et implique les responsabilités suivantes :
- Amélioration des politiques comptables : Développement et optimisation des processus pour streamliner et numériser les routines internes.
- Contrôle interne : Assurer la qualité des contrôles internes et des procédures.
- Suivi analytique : Suivre les rapprochements, provisions et évaluations comptables.
- Analyse financière : Préparer des analyses comptables et servir de ressource en matière de fiscalité.
- Relations professionnelles : Maintenir le dialogue avec les auditeurs et autres conseillers.
Qualifications requises
Les candidats doivent posséder les qualifications suivantes :
- Diplôme supérieur en finance, comptabilité ou audit.
- Minimum de 5 ans d’expérience pertinente en comptabilité et/ou audit, de préférence dans un cadre international
- Excellente compréhension des normes comptables nationales et internationales.
- Expérience dans une organisation axée sur des projets.
- Compétences analytiques solides et maîtrise d’Excel.
Qualités personnelles

As a Global Accounting Manager, you will be part of the KM Global finance team and play an important role in overseeing all aspects of financial management, including financial reporting, annual statutory reporting, and the implementation of internal policies and procedures globally. You will work to ensure the standardization of accounting principles across the business and be the primary point of contact between the auditor and Kongsberg Maritime, as well as act as an important contact person with KOG Corporate finance functions.You are someone who thinks holistically and has a solid understanding of accounting. You enjoy tackling different issues and working operationally with others. You thrive in an analytical and professional environment and identify with our values: Dedicated, Innovative, Reliable and Collaborative.The most important tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Improvement work and further development of accounting policies, processes and systems, including streamlining and digitalization of internal routines.
- Ensure high quality of internal control, routines, and processes.
- Follow-up of reconciliations, provisions, and accounting assessments.
- Prepare accounting analyses.
- Act as a resource person in accounting, tax, and duties.
- Maintain dialogue with the auditor and other advisors.
Qualifications and expertise:
- Higher education in finance, accounting, or auditing.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and/or auditing, group accounting according to IFRS preferably in an international group.
- Solid understanding of global accounting standards and laws.
- Preferably experience from project driven organizations.
- Experience and good knowledge related to tax and VAT.
- Good analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and system skills; experience with D365 and Oracle HFM or similar systems is an advantage.
- Experience as a team / project leader.
