Votre Rôle
En tant que Consultant en Stratégie et Gouvernance des Données, vous serez un partenaire stratégique pour nos clients, les aidant à établir des structures robustes pour une gouvernance efficace des données. Ce poste requiert une combinaison de compétences en conseil, stratégie et expertise technique.
Les responsabilités incluent :
- Conception et mise en œuvre des meilleures pratiques et des cadres de gouvernance des données, en tenant compte des besoins commerciaux et des exigences réglementaires.
- Conseil aux clients sur la structuration d’une gouvernance des données efficace, notamment en définissant des rôles tels que responsables des données.
- Création d’une stratégie de données complète, englobant la gouvernance des architectures de données, des entrepôts de données et des catalogues de données.
- Définition et structuration des workflows pour la qualité des données, le contrôle des données et la gestion des métadonnées.
- Accompagnement des clients dans l’adoption de modèles innovants de gouvernance des données, tels que le data mesh.
Profil Recherché
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, un candidat idéal devra présenter les compétences suivantes :
- 3 à 5 ans d’expérience dans des rôles liés à la gouvernance des données ou à la stratégie des données.
- Expérience dans la définition des rôles et responsabilités au sein de la gouvernance des données.
- Compétences en architecture des données, entrepôts de données et solutions cloud comme AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform.
- Excellentes capacités de communication pour articuler des concepts techniques à des audiences variées.
- Approche proactive et structurée pour la résolution de problèmes.

We are currently looking for a senior advisor to join and participate in shaping the future of our team.As a Data Strategy and Governance Consultant, you will be a strategic partner to our clients, helping them establish and embed robust frameworks and processes to ensure effective data governance. This role combines advisory, strategy, and technical expertise, offering you the opportunity to contribute to building organizations that manage and leverage their data in a smart, efficient, and sustainable way.In this role you will play a key role in:
-Design and implement best practices and frameworks for data governance, balancing business needs with regulatory requirements.
-Advise clients on establishing a data governance structure, including designing roles such as data stewards and -owners.
-Contribute to creating a comprehensive data strategy, including establishing governance models for data architecture, data warehouses, and data catalogs.
-Assist in defining and structuring workflows for data quality, data control, and metadata management.
-Guide clients in implementing and adopting data mesh and other data governance approaches.YOUR PROFILE
To exceed in this role, we believe the following will make you an ideal fit-3-5 years of experience in data governance, data strategy, or related data management roles.
-Experience in structuring roles and responsibilities within data governance and establishing collaboration models across business and IT.
