Missions principales
Le Maintenance Manager occupera un rôle central au sein de l’organisation technique, supervisant une équipe de 20 à 25 collaborateurs dédiés à la maintenance opérationnelle d’un système critique de gestion des bagages, fonctionnant 24/7/365. Les responsabilités incluent :
- Gestion des opérations de maintenance : Assurer la conformité avec les contrats et optimiser les performances du système.
- Coordination client : Maintenir une communication efficace avec les parties prenantes.
- Leadership d’équipe : Organiser les équipes et planifier les shifts pour garantir la continuité du service.
- Gestion budgétaire : Suivre et gérer les budgets ainsi que les ressources, avec des rapports réguliers sur l’état des opérations.
- Stratégies de maintenance : Mettre en œuvre des méthodes de maintenance préventive et corrective, ainsi que des améliorations techniques.
- Systèmes de gestion : Intégrer et gérer des systèmes de maintenance assistée par ordinateur (CMMS).
- Gestion des stocks : Superviser les inventaires et les commandes nécessaires au bon fonctionnement du service.
- Conformité : Veiller au respect des normes de sécurité, de performance et de documentation.
Profil recherché
Le candidat idéal doit être orienté résultats et posséder des qualités décisionnelles marquées. Une solide expérience technique et une aptitude à structurer les tâches et les ressources sont également essentielles. Les compétences requises incluent :
- Formation technique : Diplôme en ingénierie mécanique, électrique, navale ou domaine similaire.
- Expérience managériale : Quelques années à un poste similaire.
- Expertise en maintenance : Connaissance des méthodes modernes et des logiciels de maintenance.
- Gestion de projet : Expérience en gestion budgétaire et de projets.
- Langues : Maîtrise de l’anglais et du norvégien.

As Maintenance Manager, you will take on a central position within a technical organization. You join a team of 20-25 colleagues – all collaborating to keep the baggage system running 24/7/365. Every day presents new situations – from a suitcase that’s stuck to technical issues. Your primary responsibility is to lead the maintenance department and to ensure uptime and optimal operations.More specifically, your tasks include:
- Oversee all maintenance operations and ensure alignment with contract
- Customer relation and coordination
- Team leadership and shift planning
- Budget and resource management as well as reporting
- Management of maintenance strategies (preventive/remedial) and technical improvements
- Implement maintenance systems (CMMS)
- Management of inventory and ordering.
- Ensure compliance with safety, performance, and documentation standards.
Your profile

You believe that clear communication and leadership keep people motivated and secures that the job is done. Moreover, you bring the following qualifications to the job:
- A technical education, e.g. mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or marine engineering and similar
- Some years of management experience in a similar position
- Knowledge of modern maintenance methods and maintenance software
- Experience with budget management and project management
- Fluent in English and Norwegian
