Description du Rôle
Le Ministère des Affaires, de l’Innovation et de l’Emploi (MBIE) recherche un analyste senior pour améliorer la qualité et l’efficacité des rapports opérationnels d’Immigration NZ. Ce poste implique l’établissement de normes de données et la mise en place de cadres analytiques pour transformer des données complexes en informations exploitables.
Responsabilités Principales
- Développement de Normes de Données : Élaborer des standards et des politiques visant à optimiser l’utilisation des ressources en données d’Immigration NZ.
- Conseil et Accompagnement : Offrir des recommandations sur la gestion et l’utilisation des actifs d’information.
- Identification des Sources de Données : Soutenir les analystes dans la recherche des systèmes et données nécessaires à leur activité.
- Travail Collaboratif : Travailler avec différentes équipes pour favoriser l’innovation et la collaboration au sein de MBIE.
Compétences et Expériences Requises
- Compétences Analytiques : Passion pour l’analyse des données, avec des compétences avérées en qualité et standards des données.
- Compétences Techniques : Maîtrise des langages de programmation tels que SQL, R, ou équivalent.
- Consultation : Excellentes aptitudes en communication pour interagir avec des clients internes et externes.
- Gestion des Relations : Capacité prouvée à gérer des relations complexes pour atteindre des résultats.
- Citoyenneté : Être citoyen néo-zélandais ou détenir un visa de résident permanent.

Tēnei tūranga – About the Role:Immigration NZ produces a huge amount of performance and operational reporting. The quality, and efficiency, of that reporting, is dependent on the quality of the underlying data. This role will develop data standards that empower others to maximise our rich information and data holdings.
- Business Performance is located within the Immigration Design and Assurance branch, within the Immigration New Zealand group of MBIE.
- At the heart of your work will be developing data standards, frameworks, design standards, and policies so our staff can spend more time using that data and less time working out what it is.
- You will provide advice to others on the management, use, and reuse of INZ data assets.
- You will design and implement data requirements, policies, principles, and standards.
- You will identify source data and systems to support analysts in their work.
