Description du Poste
Le rôle d’Account Executive consiste à générer, développer et finaliser des opportunités sur l’ensemble de la plateforme Salesforce (Customer 360). Un candidat idéal doit avoir une expérience dans le secteur des services financiers et être capable de bâtir des relations avec les membres de la C-Suite, agissant en tant que conseiller de confiance.

The Account Executive creates, progresses and closes opportunities for the full platform of Salesforce products (our Customer 360). For customers, this will range from holistic business transformations to specific projects requiring single solutions. As a trusted advisor, you will establish relationships with entire C-Suites and partner with them for long-term success. As the primary owner of many customer relationships, you will drive deals from first call to close, effectively leading sophisticated deals throughout the entire sales process to order form signature. As a business development professional, you must be a driven individual who can generate a large amount of pipeline for the business within a short period of time. As a team leader, you will be passionate about our customers, partnering with other Salesforce Account Executives to drive new sales and success across all of your accounts.Day to Day
For our Account Executives, no day is the same. You will sell our Salesforce Customer 360 platform into a variety of our commercial accounts in NZ, specifically wealth and insurance (201-500 FTE). We will build trusted relationships with existing accounts to seek out and identify new opportunities. We will land new logos, driving Salesforce growth & further advancing our industry leadership as the #1 CRM provider. You will be running complex deals end-to-end, forecasting, prospecting, building strategy, attending roundtables & events, and taking point on urgent issues.You will use your new business development and relationship building skills to develop and progress opportunities:You are the CEO of your territory and book of business. You have autonomy on how you run your day.

Advise customers on the Salesforce Platform and promoted solutions to help them achieve their business goals
Work with the supporting team and engage appropriate resources to lead the end to end sales process
Use your solution selling expertise to uncover customer challenges and to increase revenue by using Salesforce technology to solve customer problems
Regular customer cadence to manage and build high value, long-lasting relationships
Territory/Vertical identification and research to formalise a go-to-market strategy and build qualified target accounts.
Maintaining a long term perspective to maximise overall revenue generation while being able to generate short term results.Who you are
