Description du Poste
Le rôle d’Operations Manager revient à établir et superviser les opérations au sein du nouveau dépôt de conteneurs CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) à Wiri. Ce poste stratégique offre l’opportunité de constitution d’une équipe performante et ambitieuse.
Responsabilités Principales :
- Gestion du flux opérationnel quotidien du parc de conteneurs.
- Garantir la satisfaction des demandes clients dans les délais impartis.
- Coordination avec les équipes d’atelier, les experts en inspection et les équipes de dépôt.
- Supervision des réservations, devis, estimations et facturation.
- Application et respect des procédures de santé et sécurité au travail.
- Conduite de formations, d’inductions et d’audits internes pour le personnel.
- Organisation de la couverture des effectifs en cas d’absence et pour les tâches après horaires.
Profil Recherché
Pour exceller dans ce rôle, les candidats doivent disposer des compétences suivantes :
- Expérience significative en leadership dans un environnement de parc de conteneurs ou d’opérations de transport.
- Compétences éprouvées en communication et en coordination d’équipe.
- Maîtrise de l’informatique, notamment de Microsoft Office.
- Connaissances en contrôle de conteneurs, opérations de dépôt, ou logistique/transport.
- Esprit proactif et axé solutions, avec de solides compétences organisationnelles.
- Expérience en conduite de chariot élévateur et/ou en inspections de conteneurs (souhaitable).
- Engagement envers la sécurité au travail et conformité opérationnelle.
Les candidats doivent être citoyens néo-zélandais ou résidents permanents. Les candidatures de personnes situées à l’extérieur de la Nouvelle-Zélande ne seront pas considérées.

Work Location: Wiri, AucklandAs Operations Manager, you’ll play a key leadership role in establishing and overseeing operations at our newly set-up CCIS (CMA CGM Inland Services) container depot in Wiri. This is a unique opportunity to shape and build a high-performing team from the ground up. You’ll be responsible for driving daily operational excellence, ensuring compliance with company policies, and delivering outstanding service to our clients.The role and responsibilities will include:
- Managing the daily operational flow of the container yard
- Ensuring all client demands are met efficiently and on time
- Coordinating and communicating with workshop, surveyors, and depot teams
- Overseeing bookings, quotes, estimates, and invoicing
- Ensuring OH&S procedures are followed and enforced across the depot
- Conducting staff training, inductions, and internal audits
- Organising labour coverage during staff leave and after-hours tasks
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong leadership and supervisory experience within a container park or transport operations environment
- Excellent communication and team coordination skills
- Solid computer literacy including Microsoft Office
- Experience in container control, depot operations, or transport/logistics
- A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with great organisational skills
- Forklift operation and/or container surveying experience (desirable)
- A commitment to workplace health, safety, and operational compliance
